Room was spartan - nothing in it to make it welcoming. Bed really uncomfortable - like sleeping on a rock. Room really warm - no way to adjust temperature. Bathroom extremely dated - shower cubicle tiny and shabby. Room described as 'soundoroofed' - what a joke! We could hear literally every sound from the room next door. Wifi abysmal - described as being 'over 100Mbps' - I did a speed test and it was less than 1Mbps. Ended up using my mobile data. The only positive I can give this hotel is the location.

Rummet var ok men såg inte ut som på bilden. Två enkelsängar i var som enda av rummet. Men funkade fint. Annars rent och helt ok. Parkeringsgaraget visade sig vara i hotellet rätt över gatan. På gatan fick man bara parkera 90 minuter. Kunde ha sagts direkt när vi frågade..

The location of the hotel was nice. The bed was comfortable, but the room was noisy (dreadful bleeping traffic light just outside), the air con was too cold and the fridge was dirty.

El hotel está bien, muy cerquita de todo , yo fui desde la estación de autobuses andando y tarde unos quince minutos , tienes cerca la catedral y sitios de interés. El personal es agradable. El hotel está limpio, la cama limpia, y personalmente la relación calidad precio es muy buena . La única pega es la ducha que cuesta un poquito regularla. Totalmente recomendable

Honestamente, muito fraco. Sem controle se temperatura, banheiro ruim e quarto minimo. Nunca mais... só continuei porque era pra dormir e apenas.

It was easy to get and nice showers

El aire acondicionado no se podía regular en la habitación, estuvo tipo congelador toda la noche horrible., no se podía dormir del ruido del semáforo y todos los ruidos de la calle, las almohadas muy pequeñas, el aseo extremadamente peculiar, ducha con mampara de plástico blando que te rozabas muy pequeña...

Nice hotel in central Murcia. Pleasant staff.

Everything was clean and working in the room, if a little dated and in need of a freshen up. But for the price it was suitable and handy for the historical centre. Unfortunately my room was right next to the lift so some noise was heard.

The single room was as expected, although tight on space in the en-suite it had everything i needed and was clean and the bed comfy. The only problem is the tv is positioned too high on the wall so you cannot see the picture on the screen properly. It needs to be lowered. Overall a pleasant stay for a very reasonable price.

Habitación individual bastante pobre. El baño con un escalón para entrar. Al lado del ascensor con mucho ruido, un semáforo fuera que hace ruido todo el día y no hay escobilla de wc

The hotel is great for the price. Very good location within easy walking distance of both the train station and bus station. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.
