This hotel location was perfect and walkable to almost everything. The hotel was clean and the staff were so friendly. Also the air conditioning was great and the internet was fast enough for my son who was gaming along with me working. I would stay here again.

Very nice hotel, great staff, good location.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to walk to many of Paris’s major attractions and conveniently access public transportation. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with directions and recommendations. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris for sightseeing or a vacation.

Very nice hotel and I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast could have included more items. The staff were all very kind, helpful and very friendly. My room was small but very well appointed and great amenities. The location was quite busy but lots of shopping and convenient for the metro.

Location is not ideal

The room was clean and spacious by Paris standards. The hotel's location is excellent—just a few steps from Les Halles, the Etienne Marcel Metro station and numerous restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring Paris. Unfortunately, the service did not consistently meet my expectations for a four-star hotel in this price range. On one occasion, when I requested English Breakfast or Earl Grey tea sachets from the man at the front desk, I was initially told these varieties were only available in the breakfast room. It was only after I insisted that he went to the Breakfast Room and got me some. This should not have been the initial response to a guest's reasonable request. I also found the breakfast offering to be quite basic, with a limited selection and little variety. Given the hotel's rating and pricing, I expected a more substantial and varied breakfast experience. Overall, while the room and location were strong positives, the service and breakfast fell short of what I would expect from a hotel of this category.

Beautiful and chic. Also surprisingly calm for being situated in a very busy and buzzling area. Would definitely come again!

Rent og pent rom, funksjonelt bad med spyletoalett. Minibar. Litt dårlig wifi på 601 men vi fikk låne et modem av resepsjonen. Fantastisk gode karameller tilbys. Ligger midt i smørøyet i en gågate, to kvartaler fra Les Halles og metrostasjonen Chatelet. Enkel reise tur retur CDG flyplass derfra med RER linje B. Masse barer og restauranter utenfor men likevel stille om natten. Lite frokostrom med helt ok tilbud, egg kan bestilles. Ingen bar på hotellet men mange rett utenfor med happy hour fra 17-00. Hyggelig betjening, veldig rent og ryddig.

Great hotel, clean room, and central

The staff is lovely - super helpful! The room we stayed in was great - modern and comfortable. The key here is the prime location. Walking distance to some of the best of what Paris has to offer. I really want to highlight how kind the staff were. They prioritized a quicker room turnaround so that we can get an early check in. One day it was raining, and we got complimentary umbrellas to borrow. And one late evening, we wanted herbal tea and the concierge went and got it for us. We would definitely stay here again.
