Room was cold and bed was uncomfortable, toilet unstable and extremely cold seat. Key was left on table outside?

Great location to stop on the Great Ocean Rd. Very clean and quiet. Excellent condition. I will come back again.

Location. Location. 1st comment, finding it. The entry address is not the address described, confusing location. 2nd comment is that it’s on the outskirts of town, albeit a fairly small one. They also offer WiFi, getting on & wifi strength maintained as good, pity at NO STAGE was there actually any internet available! So we tried watching the TV, but neither of of could figure out how to use the bloody remote. Nice place, comfy bed, good sized room with kitchenette, but we wouldn’t go there again.

Quiet overly cabin style room with kitchen/dining area. Perfect for what we needed. Just 700m from grocery store. Only 10 mins from Twelve Apostles.

Nice place — would stay again. A bit spartan on linens. A squeegee in bathroom would have been helpful, to clean up after using jetted tub / curtainless shower without relying on the few linens provided. Air conditioning unit (a mini-split) only heated — in all fairness, we did not bring this to the staff’s attention, so could not tell you if they’d have handled it properly. At any rate, the end-of-summer stay was quite temperate and a cool evening with the windows open ‘til bedtime made A/C unnecessary. Staff was excellent (a rarity for service staff in Australia). Good value for money.

A few minutes out of town but close enough to all of the sights.

It was quiet , close to all the attractions - rooms were great !

Close enough to Port Campbell to walk into town, but far enough that it was quiet at night. We had a great stay for the 1 night we were there.
