The property is centrally located within easy access of shopping and transportation. Good choice for travelers on a budget with a wide variety of places to eat.

1. No water bottles in rooms, you have to buy your own water at the store next door; 2. No hot pot in the rooms; 3. No small fridge (you have to pay $20 to rent one); 4. No hot water in shower (not even lukewarm). ZERO amenities. I will not stay here again.

We booked this hotel for one night because we landed at 4am and needed somewhere to sleep. I called days beforehand and asked if it was okay to book this room for the day before and check out the next day just so we had somewhere to sleep. Everyone at the front desk said yes. When we get there, the lady at the front desk tells us no and that we can’t check in. We are then forced to sleep on the couch in the lobby and wait for a manager to come. She was extremely rude and didn’t even try to help us out. 3 hours goes by she gets relieved and her coworker then tells us, our room has been ready and that she doesn’t understand why the First Lady didn’t let us up. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had and I’m thankful for the Second Lady we talked too but I would not stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay at Principe Hotel and Suites. The rooms were quite well maintained and clean. Daily cleaning kept the room fresh for our 8day stay. We had some minor issues that the staff was very quick to rectify. We stayed on the 5th floor and there was occasional street noise in the early morning and late night music from a nearby club but neither were unbearable. Air conditioning during the day was always super cold but somehow felt a little warm at night. Overall, Principe will be my go to hotel in Panama.

We like Principe Hotel that is why we returned. From the check-in to the room, everything was good and we were comfortable The price is excellent for this very nice hotel. We would definitely stay there again.

I had a great stay at this property. The room was very clean and well maintained, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which made a big difference in comfort. The staff was friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Overall, everything was smooth and easy, and the property delivered a very comfortable experience. The hotel does feel a bit dated in some areas, and the internet in the rooms can be somewhat unstable, which could be improved. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and would be happy to stay here again. Location is fantastic.

Clean, spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The staff was exceptional — they stored our luggage, let us rest in the lobby, and even gave us a room 6 hours early, which made our stay. Great bathroom and shower. Fast WiFi. Perfect AC — coming back from the heat to a cool room was amazing. Completely quiet at night. Facilities are a bit dated but still pleasant. Curtains aren’t blackout but block most light. No iron, bottled water, or toiletries provided. Excellent location next to a supermarket and near the metro, with easy and affordable Uber access. Felt safe even at night. Outstanding value for money — very affordable without feeling cheap at all.

My 3rd long stay at this property (24 Nights). Excellent value. Great location with plenty of restaurants and nightlife as well as close from Metro station. 24 hour supermarket with cafeteria next door. Friendly and professional staff. Special thanks to Cesar at the front desk.

Good location

at location, close to plenty of restaurants and the metro, making it very convenient for getting around. Overall, it offers excellent value for the price. The amenities could use some improvement, the pool in particular needed cleaning. The hardwood floors in the hallways made noise carry, so it could get a bit loud at times. That said, I would still stay here again.

Great location next to restaurants, walkable in Panama City

The wifi didn’t work most of the time. The rooms is big and fairly new. The floor was not cleaned. The he swimming pool water was green and not inviting. There is a 24 hour store close to the hotel. Locations is good and close to everything.
