Perfect walking distance from everything

Sugiero al hotel comunicar a la compañía de taxis, nos consiguieron uno que casi perdemos el vuelo porque el chófer no conocía la terminal 2 del aeropuerto y su aplicación estaba fallando, optamos por bajarnos en la terminal 1 después de 30 minutos y tomar el tren.

La camarista tiró objetos personales los cuales no nos repusieron ni nos dieron más que un: “la camarista pensó que era basura y los tiró”

La habitacion estaba limpia

The Hotel One Ciudad de Mexico Alameda is perfectly located, walking distance from the Palacio de Bellas Artes and the Zocalo. My room was smaller than I expected but it was cleaned every day. Bathroom was also small but it was cleaned on a daily basis. Breakfast was included but it was very basic and after two days it became 'boring'. Staff was OK.

Nos quedamos muy conformes y con una grata impresión sobre el hotel. Nos resultó cómoda su ubicación, la habitación, el servicio y el desayuno incluido.

Las habiataciones están siempre limpias, lo cerca q está de la alameda del león, zócalo y reforma, el almuerzo está muy bien 10/10

La habitación muy limpia, el personal muy amable y atento, el buffet de desayuno muy rico, me encantó que pude tener la opción de pagar por unas horas más para el check out ya que mi vuelo salía en la noche y también que resguardan el equipaje 🙌

Nos pareció bien, si volvemos

The room was always cleaned. And very nice people. The only thing for me was the room key. The room key was needed to move around the elevator. Sometimes the key didn’t work. The key overall was a hassle to deal with at times.

The staff was courteous and room very clean, but I tried to use the hair dryer (which btw I was very grateful for) but it was greasy and looked like it had never been cleaned. Breakfast was outstanding - the best
