Great little room with a really cold fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, comfy bed, shower and fan - last 2 were important as stayed there in the heatwave. Windows open properly which was a help but was very hot - would imagine every hotel room/apartment without air con was the same though. Cheery bright decor. Only 10 in walk from Surrey Quays station on the Windrush Line and number 1 bus stop right outside takes you over the Thames in 25 mins. Walked back from the station at gone 11pm and felt pretty safe which matters to me as a lone traveller. Check in staff friendly and helpful. Great for the money and would use again. Tip for the venue- one of the chairs in my room was wobbly and as the fridge is on the diagonal in the corner of the room and there are plug sockets just behind it probs best to make sure it gets a hoover back there - not a prob for me at all but I know some people are obsessive about these things :-) All in value for money and Id use again.

Room was dusty and shower not clean. No fan or A/C when it has been very hot. I got no sleep due to the heat and couldn’t have windows open due to being very close to noisy DLR. The usb in the room didn’t work so couldn’t charge my phone. Uncomfortable stay, not value for money.

The location was optimal for me, as was the value for the price. Nice studio design. The bathroom was a little small, but minor gripe. The stairs/hallways were a little worn, but the room was spotlessly clean. They maybe should advise people that the building is a walk up, with no elevator. Overall, a great value for the money, and I will definitely stay here again, next time I’m in town for work (or for holiday.) I recommend. 👍

O quarto é compacto, mas muito funcional e tem tudo o que é necessário. A localização é excelente, com mercadinhos próximos, ponto de ônibus na porta e o metrô a apenas algumas quadras. Um ponto muito positivo foi terem guardado nossas malas após o checkout. O lugar é exatamente como nas fotos. Recomendo

Small but clean and well prepared room. The kitchenette meant we didn’t have to eat out every night. Great value and even right on a main bus route from/to Waterloo. Would definitely stay here again.

De badkamer zat onder de zwarte schimmel. Heel vies. In de kamer was er overheen geverfd. De gezamenlijke keuken niet bruikbaar wegens geen bruikbare pannen/ koekenpan. 2persoonsbed was een twijfelaar

Very good stay overall. We booked three rooms as this was the closest place to Millwall Football Ground while we were working there. The neighbourhood is a bit lively, but the hotel itself was excellent. The rooms were large, extremely clean (some of the cleanest I’ve stayed in), warm, and very comfortable. Each room had a handy kitchenette area with a microwave and sink, plus comfy beds and a wall-mounted TV. Check-in was smooth and the staff were very helpful. There are 24-hour shops right next door, which is great for essentials. Not loads immediately nearby, but you can walk to the tube station where there are restaurants and other options. For the price, we were very impressed and would happily stay again

Needed some more cooking utensils and trays to use in the oven, and softer pillows other than that the room was really clean, shops are literally 2 min away. Really happy with our stay overall.

Dirty and unkept facilities: 1. Shower drain is blocked 2. Cockroaches inside kitchen cupboard 3. Mould and fungi in the toilet/ shower 4. The furniture is old and shabby 5. No usb ports for charging gadgets

Rommet var bra størrelse og rent. Meget liten dobbeltseng gjorde natten veldig lang, bør deles med noen man er veldig glad i. Ble veldig liten på far/sønn tur. Meget hyggelig personale. Veldig fin beliggenhet for Millwall kamp, ellers er det ganske langt fra alt.

I stayed at London Stay Apartments for a week , I enjoyed my stay the room was very nice with nice comfortable bed , kitchen , I would recommend this place and bus stop right out the door and Surrey Quay station and Mall are a 10 minute walk , the staff are very helpful and nice

Where do I start. The surrounding area is very poor and probably not the safest neighbourhood. There was no one in reception. My window room was changed to the basement! The room was dirty e.g., a bed throw had previous food stains on it. No mobile reception. Basic corner shops - no restaurants or cafes etc. Due to the quality of the room, I decided not to stay the final night and, at my own cost, returned home. During the day, I received an incorrect receipt saying that a payment had been made, although this was prepaid. I spent about an hour of work time trying to sort it out. A really bad experience that, if I had but used Expedia before, would have been my last.

Good location, 5 min walking to train station.

Room was clean and comfortable. Easy check in, friendly member of staff.
