I have booked this hotel but this was never existing property no stuff no rooms only payment made by me. I am gold memebrr of hotels.com and now leaving this membership just because of this huge FRAUD which i had never expected in this modern world. Same night i booked another hotel IBIS Warsaw which is best. Anyhow i need my money back from other hotel otherwise i will internet publicity against hotels.com

Pretty much everything needed for a great price and location. Small issue that the shower head couldn't tilt enough so needed to manually hold it.

Realmente no es un hotel es un piso que tomo las habitaciones y las adapto, esto no quiere decir que esté mal, la habitaciones son amplias y bonitas, el baño está bien y en general es bueno, el desayuno variado y rico. Tuve un problema con las indicaciones para abril la puerta y acceder al Lotfhotel pues para mi las indicaciones no fueron claras. Sin embargo quizás volvería, aunque prefiero una recepción de 24 horas y un hotel a otro tipo de concepto

Overall ok, amazing cleaning/breakfast lady, terrible organisation from the hotel reception for the check in. We were looking around, couldn’t find where to check in, we didn’t get the code until we actually called to ask it. The place is quirky and comfy though, completely different than everything I’ve ever saw.

This place is up four floors, on a very small, awkward lift, quite old fashioned. The access was simple with the emailed instructions though. When I got inside, the room was very very odd. Dentist themed, complete with a dentist chair in the room. The light switches were in strange places, and the rooms weren't very quiet. Plenty of plugs though. Just a very strange vibe there. Quite handy to walk from the airport bus though, and easy enough to get to amenities.
