Shouldn't open for people to stay,the place is old and not wide when stay 1 day i feel bad about the place even though i need to stay there 3 days 2 night i need to change hotel

Shouldn't open for people to stay when not ready,should let the place more clean and renovate again not only not clean but the smell is bad and furnitures are not ready,the wall between the room is not good enough and we can hear the nextdoor talking,the hotel look even outside and inside it is a different it looks old and even the breakfast would not like to be eat even the place is dirty.When I stay there 1 day 1night even though i need to stay there for 3days 2night,i need to change the another hotel nearby Hounslow Central.

Very dated. Bed was so hard may as well slept on floor. Parking was a nightmare

I booked a room online,when I reached there one of thier receptionist asked to pay 50£ as a security deposit,she said when I will leave I can get in which method I'll pay I'll get refund,I paid by card,but this is 4th day I didn't got my refund.not good

Unfortunately the room and especially the bathroom was extremely dirty. There was very strong smell coming from the shower drain and it was blocked. From the window was very strong smell of weed and we couldn’t even open de window, actually even the room itself was smelling cigarette.

Bed against the wall, unnecessary cabinet in the way of the sliding bathroom door. Quite small room but only one night. Receptionist was welcoming and helpful.

Very basic ,one plug socket in room ,tea and coffee available but no milk or spoon ,sliding barn door for toilet ,no handle and not closing properly ,bed very firm

Arriving to an arrogant receptionist who even can’t speak English properly in UK and demanding security deposit in cash ending with terrible manager response and response while checking out. They allow marriages in their small bar area and I believe the hotel was just a 7-9 bedroom property with terrible odour, fuse lights and unprofessional staff however they mentioned outside that new management has take over. I would recommend to edit those remarks to goons has takeover.

I wasn’t able to stay here. I arrived to be met by a very rude and unfriendly person who told me the system was down and she couldn’t find my booking and that hotels.com would refund me. This was close to midnight and I was made to drive 3 hours back to Manchester. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Charged me for a deposit, then on checkout, proceeded to charge me again for another deposit of the same value instead of refunding me. Waited 2 hours to sort, was then told that it has been refunded, just to find out that the original deposit hold had been taken away, the extra deposit total still stood?! Seemed like an absolute scam. Would’ve recommended this place if it wasn’t for the deposit saga. Unreal

The room was tiny. The towels we were given were dirty. The door got stuck the next morning and it had to be broken down for us to get out of the room. The staff is not bilingual. They do not speak English, which would be fine except it means that they don’t understand how to work the pin pad to reverse the 50£ deposit we had to give when we arrived. The bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Wifi didn’t work and signal strength poor indoors. Bed was rock solid mattress and room was tiny. Get what you pay for!

Basic but nice

Awful small room, terrible mattress..would never stay there again.
