Clean close to shops

Parking on site was free which was excellent Rooms were a little noisy Carpet quite worn on the floor

Cockroaches Cold tap in basin not working Floors not vacuumed

Comfortable very clean bed - extra blankets. Great working jug, micro, lights etc... But dripping shower n basin taps. Shower cubical very small n no bathroom airfan. Rooms need fresh air airing

The property is dated and generally tired. However, it is clean, has comfortable beds, and a good shower. Not so good is the Wifi. It drops off and often so slow which is very frustrating. Upside is there is parking and it’s a handy location across from Miranda Westfield.

Great location and room Only issue was the noise from the gym downstairs with what sounded like weights being banged on the floor early in the mornings

A solid but older property lacking a restaurant or 24hr reception but well-located. Don't expect much from the touted "balcony" - ours was tiny and space taken up with the air-conditioner. Overall clean with helpful staff but a little tired looking.

sink in bathroom was rusted and air conditioner was blowing cold air at 26 temperature variety in teas was terrible toaster not supplied

Hallways were pretty drab, but the rooms were just great. Incredibly comfortable beds, top quality bed linens, wonderful shower. There is a cafe on the ground floor that was fantastic. Pretty neighborhood; and the Miranda mall is a very short walk away. We would absolutely stay there again. Price is very modest. Staff was super nice and helpful!!

There was ample parking during our visit. Easy access to morning breakfast (& lunch) at Piggies Cafe at ground level of the premises or to walk Westfield Shopping centre just across the road. Easy access to our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church for Sunday Mass. Room cleanliness was excellent with daily housekeeping making it a treat to return to the room. Friendly reception & housekeeping staff.

Very nice and quiet place in the busy city area. It is free parking and very convenient to get access to beaches near by.

Was clean snd comfy and close to everything

Wonderful central location, super close to the shopping centre and the train station and the rooms are good sized with lovely comfortable pillows and beds. The hotel is a little dated in that the bathrooms are older and the rooms are not soundproof but I say that more to be aware as opposed to any complaint. Great for the price point.

Very tidy room, pleasant view of Sydney, excellent access to train station, shopping centre and restaurants.
