Easy and fast check-in. Safe parking. Clean room and welcoming Staff. Air conditioning needs some care.

The room was clean and there is a lot of parking available. The only thing that was bad was the wifi because it wasnt working properly so we couldnt watch a movie while staying at this location. Beside that I can say that it's really close to dowtown Toronto by car and there is a lot of restaurants and stores near the hotel.

Cheap place to stay for 1 night, I would not stay longer. It was loud. Good parking. Cheap price matched the quality of the place.

It was clean, our room was face to private parking. Old AC, very noisy. Just to sleep and go, don't wait for comfort. Just correct. Calm place and near of many restaurant and shops. Staff : Nothing to say, was carrect.

The staff was extremely rude, disrespectful and had no patience. fail to say important information during check in.

Been coming to this hotel a few times already for work and will book there every time from now on. Really comfy bed, clean place at a very decent price while staying anywhere in Toronto is overly priced. There are restaurants around and not too far from grocery stores. Ideal for business trip.

Bed had hair on it and staff were not friendly at all.

It was close to many fast food spots, it’s more a quick spot for getting in and out, not quite family friendly, just internet when it comes to amenities, the ice machine is very dirty , the rooms are okay…… would I stay there again? Only If I couldn’t afford anywhere else….

The room was clean but very dated. A few water stains in ceiling and peeling wallpaper. Not really that bad. Price reflects the condition. It’s fair. I would not stay here with small children, room very small. but it is fine for a what it is: a motel for travelling. Had an unusual experience though. At 3:15am the room phone rang. This was actually 4:15 am because it was time change day. It woke me and I answered it. No one there. I Hung up. Same thing again. Phone rings. So this time I unplugged it. Then 30s later a knock on the room door. The rooms are only accessible from outside. Damn sure I wasn’t opening the door at 4am to the parking lot in this part of town. So I open the curtain and it’s the guy from the lobby. Through the window , I ask him what he wants , he said “you need something ?” He was holding some clear garbage bags. I said no and he walked away. This was all strange for the time of day and disrupted my otherwise decent sleep.

Room was good for the price in my opinion. Who else can book a room that has a sauna and hotub in the room for a nice price?! The room is outdated in certain areas but it wasn't an issue with me whatsoever. I just needed a place to sleep and having the sauna and hot tub was a bonus as it definitely helped with relieving joint and muscle pain.

Hotel from outside looks like dirty cheap motel but inside corridors and rooms are renowated and are very good
