Great location, all the staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean with newly refurbished on-suites. Although small for many other European hotels they are larger than many in Venice. Breakfast was superb with lots of plentiful choice. Would highly recommend. Great value for money

AC did not work well and got a lot of mosquitos after opening the windows. Staff and breakfasts were fantastic and room was fine overall. We enjoyed our stay overall

Very clean room and really helpful and professional staff. All the reception staff in particular were courteous and couldn’t do enough for you.

Our second time here. What a great find down a quiet street in an excellent location not far from st marks. This is a small comfortable hotel with smaller rooms that feels like real venice. Staff is lovely, ac worked great, bed was so comfy. Four levels. There are stairs so know that in advance. Would definitely return.

Charmant hôtel très bien situé. Place St Marc et Rialto 5mn à pieds. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par jeune femme parlant bien le français, elle nous a remis un plan et donné de bons conseils. Petit déjeuner complet, copieux. Le seul bemol a été pour nous le réveil dès 7h15 par des travaux dans la ruelle juste en face notre chambre. Ouvriers non soucieux du repos des touristes ! Il faut donc demander une chambre donnant sur la cour intérieure.

The room was very nice. Nice furniture. Good shops nearby. Staff was very friendly, esp. Julius and ladies at the front. They gave us easy and quick directions. Next morning we had to leave early, they packed us breakfeast to go, which was very nice. Thanks for making our stay easy. Highly recommend. Thank you SS

Very unique hotel, elegant, comfortable and near Piazza San Marcos.

This hotel is situated about a 5 minute walk from the both the Rialto bridge and San Marco Square. So location is perfect for those two tourist hot spots. Close to many great restaurants and shopping. The hotel check in was excellent with a knowledgeable and polite clerk who gave us directions to the area as well as recommendations for area restaurants for dinner. There is no elevator (lift) at this multi storey hotel, however the staff will assist you with your bags without asking. The room quiet and clean with a beautiful chandelier for lighting, and a decorative headboard. The room was cozy. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and bidet. Your room key is a standard type door key with a heavy brass pendant. The hotel requests when you go out to leave your key at the front desk. The breakfast was exceptional with many breakfast and even lunch type items, a selection of juices, pastries, coffee/espresso, and fresh cut up fruit. This is a charming hotel with lots of character. We would definitely stay here again.
