I lost money by reserving a room here. No refund given. Booked a nonsmoking room and they only had a smelly smoking room available. My wife didn’t feel safe, there were beds outside of the motel laying on the ground, trash. Hotels.com was not helpful in trying to give us a refund.

It looks simple but lacks some basic things to make a guest enjoy the place.

I had reserved a room with a minifridge but upon arrival, I was told that there weren't any available. I later found out that the motel is under renovation so all the fridges and microwave ovens had been removed. In general, my room was okay but it was never cleaned when i was there. I had to empty the trash myself and the floor could have used some mopping. The room didn't have any blankets or hangers available. There was only a bar of soap in the bathroom area; no shampoo, tissue paper or any other toiletries. In general, it was a very basic set-up. On the positive side, the location is great so I hope the renovation will address these issues.

I booked double bed for a two night stay with my 3 children, when I get to the location I check in at the receptionist desk, PAID for my stay and receive the keys to room, to my surprise when I get to the room their were only 1 bed, I went back down to the receptionist for her to tell me that’s the only room they have available. And I have to wait 7 business to receive my return payment. Shocker Is I won’t be getting back my full deposit because she had already check me in the room . I’m so upset because when she was checking me in I’m 100% certain she could have seen that I booked a double bed!!! My kids and was stranded In our car looking for another hotel that would be able to accommodate us at last minute.

For the price I expected the room to be outdated and maybe some noise. This was my worst overnight stay experience. There were sketchy people hanging out all around the parking lot and standing in the doors to their rooms smoking. My room had cigarette burns in the bedding, floors and bathroom. There was a loud party going on in the room next door all night. I couldn’t even shower before I left because the room didn’t have any toiletries. When I told the woman at the front desk that I was leaving and not completing my staying she asked if I wanted to change rooms. No apology was offered. This place is a dump. Do not stay here.

The place was very dirty. People outside hanging out drunk. Front desk employee's were so unprofessional. They broke into my car. It was the worse experience ever. Horrible!!

Doesn’t have fridge or microwave AT ALL

I travel for work so I stay here every two weeks here agent tried to say she seen no reservation in system when they clearly took my money and contacted hotels.com to confirm reservation and it was in the system on there end. Agent at motel just didn’t want to honor my room for whatever reason be careful staying here there are bedbugs homeless ppl sleeping in laundry room they don’t provided sheets all the time on bed only fitted and when request it u get attitude rooms and community is subpar and ill never give them a dollar of my money ever again!

Good Morning - I stayed at the Motel 6 in Wethersfield, CT last night. It was not a pleasant experience. I had read the reviews, and knew I wasn't staying at a luxury hotel, but I did expect bare minimum to be met. Upon arriving in my room, I turned on the TV only to discover the coaxial cable had been ripped from the television. I contacted the front desk, and they did send maintenance to replace the cable. Great job there! Prior to their arrival, however, I realized I was not in the room I reserved. I had booked a room with a queen size bed, a refrigerator, and a microwave. I had a full-size bed, and neither appliance. I again called the front desk. I was hung up on. Attempting to contact corporate, I called the number I'd found only to be connected to the front desk. Upon stating what room I was calling from, I was told they were aware of the cable issue but were busy. I cut in to say I'd been given the wrong room - that I'd booked the above-described room. I was spoken to very rudely and told I 'should have said some

Staff was awsome but the place is falling apart mold n bathroom walls

My room was double booked and a strange and hostile man/men were given access to my room in the middle of the night after yelling and banging on my door, they went to the front and said one was my husband! And were given an active roomkey. Thankfully I had my large dog and the security bolt latched because I’m a young female solo traveler. I reached out for a refund and did not get a response

Booked thru app. On arrival I'm told by clerk that they have no rooms. At least one more room was listed as available on the app afterwards. Clerk was rude.

Las habitaciones necesitan más mantenimiento y las cama no sirven son un asco y a las fuera en la puerta ay mucho mosquito me hospedé en la 236 deben de instalar cama nueva y darle mas mantenimiento y el ruido de afuera penetra mucho en las habitaciones
