I have traveled extensively for 30 years and this was by far the worst experience. I arrived to the hotel at 8:30pm and was told my guaranteed reservation had been cancelled. The Front Desk told me they cancel all reservations by 6pm, no matter if there is a credit card attached to guarantee. Nowhere do they state this “policy” until you arrive - they have a sign in the lobby. They had rooms available but she refused to check me in as I had booked a different room type. I drove 10 hours and had to spend an hour on the phone with Expedia trying to find a resolution. I ended up finding a room somewhere else, as the hotel was not trying to fix the situation. I have never experienced such poor customer service at any hotel.

A very dirty and smelly place to stay. You will not get rest there because of the dogs barking when they owners leave for the day and leave the dogs in the room by themselves management doesn’t care he said he can’t do anything about it the noise, unclean rooms, and fighting

Need to state somewhere that if you don't check in before 7pm that they cancel your reservation, room was what it was for the price i didn't expect much but only 1 screw in the door lock, door looked like it had been previously kicked in, plank flooring was coming to in the room & bathroom

The hotel was a mess drug dealers the staff was rude the office was dirty smelled cigarette smoke ppl walking up to u begging.loitering,pan handling,prostitution it was scary and i couldn’t sleep didn’t have money to go nowhere else!!!

I didn't like that there were not any appliances in the rooms or coffee in the lobby.

I've stayed at several Motel 6 locations because they're one of the few chains that are dog-friendly without added charges. However, this particular experience was by far the worst I've had—and has me seriously reconsidering staying at any Motel 6 in the future. From the moment I entered the room, I encountered multiple cleanliness issues: hair in the bathroom that wasn’t mine, a filthy microwave, and shockingly—a tampon left behind. It was clear the room had not been properly cleaned or inspected. Beyond the lack of hygiene, the environment felt deeply unsafe. I witnessed police patrolling the property, heard loud altercations, and saw a woman with a black eye and a man being taken away. I understand you can't always control the behavior of guests, but this level of chaos and lack of security is unacceptable. Motel 6 has been a go-to because of its pet-friendly policy, but after this stay—and others recently that have also missed the mark—I’m not sure I’ll be returning to any of their locations.

This hotel should not legally be allowed to be open. I’ve stayed in run down motels before but this was by far the worst ever. Roaches in room, prostitution all over the motel. Rooms look like they haven’t been cleaned since the opened. Stains all over the bedsheet, room, toilets, doors have a one inch gap under the door. If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely disgusting. Not sure how this place has such a good rating through hotels.com, complete lie.

The staff r all very nice

Very kind and respectful lady at the front desk at time of arrival. Housekeeping ladies very friendly and all of them make us feel welcome. Very clean room, and very friendly staff.

The room was old and dingy. The toilet was new and powerful. The uninvited cockroaches was off putting.

The place is very clean and I like that the staff is very helpful and friendly and that u r aloud to have your pets with u.
