We stayed for 4 nights. Everything was ok. Rooms were neat. Bathroom were clean. A/C worked fine. Location was excellent. Close to Burlington and have 3 restaurants within walking distance. The staff were excellent, especially Heather, who helped us move to different room when there was a leak in the bathroom. The only thing was some parts of the hallway in front of rooms with dogs, might smell like a wet dog smell. Some dog barking at nights but ok for the most part. I had to point out that the staff were the stars in this facility.

The room was dirty not cleaned at all. Toe nails on floor with old chewed up straw and stuff all over the counters. I had to go ask staff for broom and dustpan. There were more people hanging out around outside. There was a fight between a couple where he threatened to bust the window out of car. Had to go to the staff.

Common areas/ elevator and lobby not clean and very worn.

Went to check in, received room and was told it was still be cleaned and had to wait 10-15 additional minutes for it be completed. Room is not entirely clean but does the trick for a one night stay.

It is not a motel. They serve as a shelter

All we were really looking for was a comfortable bed at the end of a long day of travel. This one rated as probably the worst ever encountered!

We sought a basic, safe hotel and this met our needs.

Stayed 1 night for a lacrosse tournament 1 adult 3 kids. Check in went smooth and staff was friendly. Pool not open disappointed because that was a perk staying here. Became apparent more people lived there than not and dogs allowed. Sketchy people hanging in parking lot police there in the morning.

Didn't like the fact that there was NO fridge or microwave !!!

Several cars in parking lot that appeared to be abandoned. A few people hanging out in parking lot, seemed to not be guests of the motel.

La chambre était correcte. Par contre, la salle de bain était sale et n’a clairement pas été laver correctement avant notre Check-in. Il y avait du poils dans l’évier et dans la douche. Il n’y avait pas de mouchoirs ni de serviettes de douche. L’hôtel se dit non-fumeur mais les corridors sentent très fort la cigarette. Pour 1 nuit c’est ok mais pas plus. Tu as ce que tu payes pour.

All the staff were very nice and friendly the only bad thing is it said on there website that they have a pool but they Do NOT have a pool

Staff was very friendly at check-in, room was nice and hotel is an easy 10 minute drive to downtown Burlington.

I use Cpap so plugs by the bed a must. There were plugs build almost impossble to plug anything in. At 74 I shouldn't have tocrawl on the floor

My son and I stayed at this motel for a lacrosse tournament. I will say the staff at the front desk were very nice and polite. They answered every question I had with a smile on their faces and made sure we had everything we need. The place itself could use a deep clean and some updating. The bathroom was very outdated and small. The room was small but it was fine for 2 of us, I couldn't imagine 4 people in 1 room with 2 beds. The people around were really sketchy, and made me a little uncomfortable. But knowing that there were other families staying there as well made me feel more at ease. The pool was closed - which was disappointing because it was so hot, so I can't comment on that. Overall it was fine for the time we needed to be there, I am just not used to seeing so many homeless people / people struggling.
