Good location Within walking distance from the train station, clean room facilities as well. But you must choose the rooms that has materhorn view because of the promotion room of the hotel are not overlooking anything.

スイスらしい素敵なホテルで、マッターホルンミュージアムの近くで、駅やその他どこへ行くのも便利です。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、親切でした。 お部屋は、広くて良かったです、バスタブとシャワーブースが別々にあるのは良いのですが、バスタブが部屋続きにあり、仕切りやドアがないので、気になる人には気になると思います。 部屋タイプが色々あるので、選択が肝心かも？眺望も私が泊まった部屋からは、マッターホルンは見えませんでしたが、上層階でしたら、教会越しにきれいに見えると思います。眺望は天気にも寄るので、コスト等で考えれば良いと思います。(部屋からは見えなくても、ホテルの外に出れば、至る所から、マッターホルンが眺められます。 朝食は、パン、シリアル、ちょっとした野菜、ハム、チーズ、スモークサーモン、ヨーグルト、ジュース等があり、コーヒーと卵料理はオーダーすると持って来てくれます。 私は目玉焼一個をお願いしたら、可愛らしいハート型の目玉焼、ピクルスがサービスされました。 チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらえますし、色々観光相談にも乗ってくれました。

One of cleanest hotels ever! Nicest host. Treats every guest with respect regardless of nationality or ethnicity. Friendly, but not intrusive. Every request for an iron or ice was handled ASAP. Tim, Marie?& Ruth were great. Best location. Loved the serenity & peace that seemed to attract quiet like-minded couples such as us. Buffet was small but, good & made to order omelette/eggs. Fruit available all day. Nice views even in rear rooms ( loved watching locals tend to their vegetable garden & mountain view)

Tim was very welcoming and helpful with all things concerning my stay. The hotel itself was very beautiful and near the main street in Zermatt. Very much enjoyed my stay.

There’s not enough stars for how great a stay we had. Adjoining rooms with our friends and our own balcony for both rooms facing the clock tower and garden. And, a partial view of the Matterhorn. HIGHLY recommend

Séjour parfait dans cet hôtel accueillant, propre, confortable, très bien situé. Personnel serviable et sympathique. Spa très bien conçu, une vraie bulle de bien être. Un merveilleux souvenir.

Great experiencw

I spent 3 nights at The Matterhorn Lodge & Boutique Hotel. The room was spacious & the bed was comfortable. It’s very nice having the spa and breakfast onsite.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Zermatt but out of the Main Street.

Enjoyed our stay!

9月に2泊した際に利用しました。 まさにスイスらしい佇まいのホテルで、スタッフはじめ施設全体がアットホームで過ごしやすい環境でした。 朝食のクロワッサン、オーダーで作ってくれるオムレツなどどれもクオリティが高く、部屋もログハウスのようなイメージでコスパも良いです。 また財布を落としてしまった際、スタッフの方が親身に相談に乗ってくれてアドバイスも頂きました。（その後財布も見つかり戻ってきました） メイン通りから少しだけ離れており、スーツケースを持っての移動が少し大変でしたが、全然気にならないくらい良いホテルです。

The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. It's easily walkable to all major attractions in Zermatt, at least in summer when I visited. There is no AC, but leaving a window open was comfortable in early September.

Nice hotel with a good view and nice restaurant

This is the best hotel we stayed for the whole trip, you won't go wrong to stay here. Very friendly staff and the room is very clean, beautiful patio with flowers around. Very lovely place to stay. Love it!

Awesome hotel with very friendly service. Breakfast was very good with excellent service. Everything seemed personalized. Makes you feel at home. Close to train station, restaurants, attractions. Free shuttle service to and from train station was great. Must experience stay !!!

The ambience, the location and the view are unbeatable. We really enjoyed our stay and hopefully we can revisit in the future!
