Clean room super comfortable bed Friendly staff

Very impressed with our room. Modern, large and clean. Good and drinks were excellent at the Little Chief restaurant. Staff friendly and attentive.

The rooms were very clean, there was an air conditioner or something in our room behind a locked door that was quite noisy, woke us up in the night a few times. Hot tub was great, very clean. Staff were very friendly throughout the entire property

It was awesome, got a reasonably priced upgrade to the presidential suite

Resort is great, clean, lots of food options Staff is excellent. Always my preferred place to stay in Calgary. Only gripe I have is the “snack station” in your room. I understand $4 for a chocolate bar, but $4 for a 500ml bottle of water? The bottled water should be complimentary. Our last stay, we were on the 6th floor, it took probably 8-10minutes for the shower water to heat up. Other than those, in my opinion, negligible gripes, Grey eagle is an excellent place to stay. Will continue to be my #1 choice in Calgary.

Always love staying here. Lots of Reno’s going on so no pool, but hottub is always wonderful. Hope pool is back in action again soon.

Receptionist was very cold and border line unfriendly. hotel room was nice but it seems that is not vacumed or swept on regular basis. lots of hair and big dust bunnies all over the floor

Good customer service. Newly renovated good value for the price. Enough places to eat right there if you are only staying a day or two. Would recommend to friends

Wonderfully clean room with lovely pillows and a firm mattress. Restaurants were good, definitely recommend the prairie eggs Benedict with smoked salmon. I am sure the facility will look great after the improvements and construction are complete.

Friendly, clean with nice amenities. Rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly. Was there for business - the meeting rooms were nice, the breakfast was very good too.

Anxious for the pool and hot tub area to be upgraded and reopened, there’s great potential to create a summer resort and winter Norwegian spa feel.
