風景怡人，房間空間大，服務人員親切。

大致上尚可，蚊子很兇

Very nice place.

The condition of the hotel and rooms are old. Toilet door can’t close properly. Ladies changing room for hot spring installed CCTV but staff forgot to remind. But the service and food of the restaurant is good.

很棒！環境舒適只是戶外風呂景色可惜被樹木擋住。另外房內有小蟲在榻榻米及電視置物台上，有些美中不足。

I took a taxi from Tonglou Station to the resort, as there’s no public transportation available. I loved the setting—the surroundings were beautiful, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The room was spacious, and the massage pool was incredible, especially after a day of hiking. The spring water left my skin feeling silky smooth. The food was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally friendly.

Friendly staff, fast check in-out service, great food selection at onsite restaurant, beautiful scenery, fresh air, clean, quiet, relaxing and serene. Private Onset in bedroom is great. Didn’t utilize the outdoor Onsen but the facility looks great.

Private hotspring in the room. Suggest to buy some supplies before come to resort. Lunch and Dinner set are 980 twd/set which is quite a bit pricy. Suggest to book room include breakfast.

住宿環境整體舒適，規劃的不錯。本館與新館之間的步道很漂亮且有觀景台，若行李較重或行動不便也有高爾夫球車接駁。 因附近餐廳較少，若要在飯店附設的餐廳用餐建議事先訂餐。晚餐口味OK，但是上菜非常非常非常慢，套餐比火鍋慢，火鍋至少等30分鐘以上 戶外泡湯溫度OK，但是水質待加強，漂浮物無敵多，室內泡湯溫度OK，但水流小要等比較久。

大致上蠻好的，風景美，住起來算舒服，房間內的小榻榻米區很棒。但有些小細節不太滿意，例如房間有一點怪味，沒有提供小毛巾，沒有一般溫泉會館會有的浴袍等等。

酒店房間有足夠空間休息，溫泉泉水的水質很高，泡澡非常舒適 晚餐可以預訂涮涮鍋，海鮮很新鮮

有點舊但是整體還可以

房間內湯屋面向翠綠山景, 很療愈. 溫泉水質屬清澈無味, 但會讓皮膚滑順, 感覺很棒. 餐飲水準就普通, 無令人驚豔的菜單.

服務態度佳，但適逢夏天又在山林間蚊子較多

我們訂的是一泊二食的房型，早餐晚餐都很豐盛沒有讓人失望，冰箱飲料餅乾免費很不錯，茶包咖啡包看的出用心。但房間隔音沒有很好，隔壁乒乒乓乓聽的很吵，浴室沒有清潔用品，連基本的肥皂也沒有，有點可惜

停車方便，房間乾淨能泡湯 晚餐跟早餐都是自助式，雖然選擇不多但口味還不錯。
