Excellent location

The location is great. Right in front of Parc des gouverneurs. Parking was convenient just down the street (though pricey). I paid under $70 for about 12 hours. I didn't get to meet the staff but they were very communicative and made my late check in very easy. Would book it again.

The best of this hotel was its location. However, the staff was helpful and our issues were resolved promptly. We weren’t happy with the spiders webs on the ceilings, nor the fungus in the washroom’s walls.the coffee was great.

O hotel nao tem elevador, o que nao haviamos notado ate chegar la. Minha mae esta com o joelho machucado e foi dificil subir 3 andares. Importante estar ciente! De resto, tudo certo. O hotel tem uma otima localizacao, o quarto para 3 pessoas é grande e o banho é bom.

This quaint little hotel was a pleasant surprise. Great location...underground parking nearby... room was clean and comfortable. Just a few steps from the boardwalk. Definitely would stay there again.

First off Rodney at the front desk, we love you! Your advice helped us so much and saved us a lot of time. Our room was super cute, clean and the price was excellent. We were central to everything without being disturbed by outside noises. If you aren't booked when we come back this will def be our go to place to stay.

Perfect location, afforable price

This was a great place to stay as a solo traveller. It is a great location for easy walking to all sites. While amenities might be limited there was coffee in room and in lobby, it was quiet and clean. The self check in was seamless.

Clean and quiet.

The room was clean and convenient but in need of repairs. The room wasn't furnished as pictured. as it had no table and chairs and nowhere to hang anything. The shower was larger and left no room for the sink in the bathroom so it was outside the bathroom in the common area. Leaving me to wash my hands and face and brush my teeth in front of everyone else in the room. Doors didn't close right and laminate flooring was well scratched and worn out. Hallway railings were coming out of the wall down the stairway. We didn't see any staff the three nights we were there. Not sure if Id stay again.

Ótimo hotel , localização excelente. Limpeza, praticidade. Mas falta uma opção de contato com alguém responsável pelo hotel. Para dúvidas ou observações. Só encontrei com uma pessoa da limpeza...que não falava inglês. Super recomendo para quem quer um hotel assim. Tudo autônomo.

Overall we enjoyed the stay very much, a nice spacious room in good condition, everything we needed at a very central location. Just a couple of small things were a little disturbing - we never met anybody from the reception, the frontdoor was often locked and couldn't be just opened with our key card for the room, but by going through a process with calling through a number pad besides the door, getting to an automatic voice, in combination with holding the card in front of the reader. Then suddenly the door opened. And the Canadian flag of the hotel which was all tangled up in front of our window made pretty loud flapping noises in the wind all the time. Reported that to the staff. Hopefully gets fixed for the next guests.
