We chose this hotel based on location and reviews and the location is really good, close to the nain street, the metro & the old town. We booked in and as we were tired from the travel the room was ok but in the morning I realised there was no balcony, which i had booked. The room had a fridge, a good size bathroom & bed but we like to sit on the balcony, weather permitting, in the evening after a busy day's sightseeing. No problem, the receptionist changed the room to one with a balcony. The bathroom was smaller but not an issue. No fridge, just an empty space where one had been but not a big deal. Breakfast was simple but there was pastries, eggs, salads, fruit, yoghurt, juice & coffee so no issues with that. The issue for us was there were no chairs on the balcony so we had to drag stuff out of the room to sit down, even though we'd asked for another chair. It was dirty because of pigeon poo that had clearly never been cleaned up, there were 3 air con units on the walls, 1 was ours and 2 were for the next rooms, all of the pipes leaked water onto the floor because they'd come away from the downpipe. Badly maintained & certainly not doing the infrastructure any good either. And the other issue was a leaking toilet that was also siphening all the time, this meant constant water on the tiled floor, again that means water seeping into the building. Lovely hotel and friendly staff

Nice and special hotel

Very convenient central location. Pleasant modern hotel. Staff spoke adequate English. The included breakfast was pleasing. If you use Google Maps, a note of caution. The government has changed the street name. Google still shows that the hotel is on Dujonchay Street, but if you're walking around (as I did) hunting for a street with that name on it, you'll waste a lot of time; the current street signs do not give the previous name. Hotel staff referred me to an English-speaking guide for a nice all-day walking tour. I was on Floor 5, and the hot water took a while to arrive, but was fine when it got there. The air conditioning worked fine.

Bra hotell som ligger centralt. Finns restauranger i närhetne och gångavstånd till stationen. Den kontinentala frukost som serverades var enkel, men mättande.

The hotel is perfectly situated about 2 minutes downhill to the principal road in Algiers and a pleasant walk to the Bardo in one direction and Grande Poste, the port and casbah in the other. It is also near the metro. The staff are extremely helpful. The hotel is quiet.

bon rapport qualité / prix. Malgré l'erreur d'EXPEDIA, qui semble-t-il n'avait pas obtenu la confirmation de l'hôtel pour ma réservation, ils ont pu trouver une solution alors que l'hôtel était plein.

Hôtel bien situé au cœur de l’action. Chambre confortable, personnel sympathique. Attention, il est situé en haut d’une côte abrupte quand on la monte à pieds.

La chambre n était pas très propre poussière au sol et saletés , petit frigo ne fonctionnait pas et lit canapé pas confortable Du tout on s entait les ressort du sommier très mauvaises nuit

Only few members (Hama in the restaurant, Mouhamed at reception and one lady from housekeeping) of the hotel staff were nice to us .

Es war super , Personal waren alle sehr freundlich und professionell ! Die Lage ist fantastisch Frühstück könnte besser sein , aber es war alles sauber und frisch

Clean room, nice breakfast included with stay, close to all of the sights in Central Algiers. About a 5-10 minute walk to the subway - well connected. The hotel allowed us free parking which was very helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Todo estuvo súper bien!! El equipo de trabajo es súper amable y atento, la limpieza de igual manera es excelente, la comida riquísima! Lo único que no estuvo padre fue el servicio de Internet, la verdad fue pésimo durante gran parte de la estancia, ojalá lo resuelvan. De ahí en más, sin duda será nuestro hotel en futuras visitas a Argel!

Tout était très propre, les chambre parfaitement rangées chaque jours. Tout le personnel est souriant et adorables. Ils ont été à notre disposition durant tous le séjours. Nous gardons un souvenir absolument merveilleux de notre séjour à Alger. Nous reviendrons à l'ABC Hotel c'est certain. Un immense merci.

Es war alles einfach toll. Nettes Personal. Alles sehr sauber.

Bon hôtel, propre, services de qualité. 3 bémols: pas de fruits au petit déjeuner, "plats traditionnels" indisponibles au restaurant, et assez bruyant (bruits du couloirs). Malgré tout un bon hôtel bien situé et à un prix abordable
