This hotel was a great little find. The amenities were great, especially breakfast selection. Staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and kind. Outstanding. If I am ever back in this city, I would stay there again.

The staff are SO kind! I can’t tell you how much I appreciated the early check in after a long flight. Everything was wonderful. Such pretty, spacious, comfortable, and bright rooms! Delicious breakfast as well. I really appreciated that I could refill my water bottle too!

Really excellent employees. They were very welcoming and kind and generous. The rooms are just perfect. They are new and modern with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was also excellent.

The front staff were helpful, and the servers at the restaurant were friendly. The rooms were well appointed with comfortable furnishings. I would recommend that they update their treadmill in the gym, as it seemed unsafe to run on. As it is in Palermo and the culture of the city is indifferent regarding noise regulations (lack of enforcement), it was difficult to sleep one night when there was a private residence party behind the hotel with loud music from 10pm until 8:30am.

Everyone was so kind and helpful. They addressed me by name, had great recommendations, and they are all very personable. Breakfast was impressive - I love charcuterie and they had a great selection. My kind of hotel stay!

We were immediately greeted by a lovely young man that filled us in on all the Hôtel amenities. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The towels were plush. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. I loved all the plants.

Room and staff were wonderful!

Service was warm, consistent and efficient throughout the hotel. The room was spacious, well appointed and decorated, and immaculately clean. We also had a lovely balcony! Breakfast was very good with quality products.
