Room was great, staff were extremely friendly . Price was great. all round good experience.

The hotel smelt disgusting like sewage and when we got into the room there was no heat on so took awhile to warm up at 3am when we arrived after our flight.

Always. 5 star service especially to Americans. Some places don’t like us, yell at us about Trump, Think u are stealing because you are black… they tol me this … when I asked why they didn’t says hello at Walmart ….BUT this places treats everyone with 5+ service. Thanks.

Expedia advised that ALL rooms were non-smoking, but we were instead booked in to smoking. Then even though we advised we has 2 small dogs, staff wanted to put us into a higher rate room. Staff were courteous though./

Kudos to all the staffs they’re all nice especially the receptionist who are accommodate us during our check in, sadly I forgot her name but she’s Turkish/bangladesh lady. Her aura is really appreciative and helpful.

Very comfortable for an older hotel. Everything needed for a night's stay. Would be good for people working construction, etc.

Did not stay. I reserved for my friend on hotels.com app. In order for friend to receive key hotel needed credit card. All the other hotels I reserved for my friend have mot asjed for credit card.
