Overall good stay, but surprise to see no mineral water bottles in room. Not sure if RO water was provided since plastic water bottle. Breakfast was average. There was no toaster, jam during the breakfast. Hotel ambience was excellent but facilities needs improvement.

Lovely hotel enjoyed the stay

Location was good also nice and quiet, good parking space, also they upgraded my room to bigger with out any extra charge as it was my honeymoon.

Staff member especially Ms. Nainbati Tekam has done fantastic job to take care my mother during her room service. During day I stayed out on my official duty but she has supported lot. Bhaskar

Was good and pleasant. Good was good and the services were also well. Staff was cooperative and we'll behaved. Ample parking space. Clean. We had the buffet and it was well served and plenty of options. The non veg options were very few but overall it was good.

All in all its probably the best in Bharuch.

In parts of India, it is nearly impossible to find a hotel up to western standards. Bring from the east coast of the US, I didn't have high hopes for this hotel. I was wonderfully surprised as this hotel was great for our 1 night stay. Highly recommended for business stay in this area of India.
