No proper room setup, checked in around midnight but room was untidy with all basic room amenities missing

Spacious room but it’s stinking the carpet we’re dusty , dirty of lobby and corridor area , mosquitoes in room , bathroom fitting were not maintained rusted.

Lot of renovation in the hotel. Average hotel for a night stay.

Not a very good experience, booked it through Hotels.com, but when reached hotel, they had no intimation about it. The terms ad conditions mentioned on hotels.com, prior to booking said free shuttle from Airport to Hotel, after booking it said available on payment of Rs 500.00. No shuttle was provided, obviously because hotel had no intimation about the booking. Overall a bad experience, enough of hotels.com.
