Très bon établissement, le personnel est très sympathique. En revanche, les seuls points négatifs sont le parking et le fait que les chambres ne soit pas super bien isolées (on entends beaucoup les portes claquer et les gens parler ou marcher dans le couloir) En dehors de ça c’est un très bon hôtel !

Hotel super bem localizado e impecável. Aparentemente renovado, com cama confortável, chuveiro excelente. Atendimento muito bom.

Sehr tolles Hotel

Top location in-between the Neustadt and the downtown. Almost every sight is within walking distance. Perfectly furnished, there is also a decent sauna to relax after a long day.

The bed was really comfortable

Client depuis des années, toujours un véritable plaisir de séjourner dans cet hotel. Les chambres sont confortables, calmes, tout est soigné. Les prestations sont de qualité, le petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Et une mention spéciale a tout le personnel, agréable, professionnel et chaleureux ! Sans le moindre doute le meilleur hotel de Strasbourg !

superbe séjour, cet hôtel est fantastique en tout point. seul bémol, pas de borne de recharge pour les véhicules électriques pour un parking à 25€ / nuit. a part ça tout est parfait et j'y retourne à chaque fois.

Très bon hôtel avec un très bon accueil. Chambre confortable. En revanche, le bar de l’hôtel était fermé à 22h, ce qui était dommage !

Muito boa! Atendimento excelente, quartos limpos e bem decorados.

Für den Preis hat einiges nicht gestimmt. So gab es zum Beispiel keine Fernschaltung für den Fernseher. Die Matratze war sehr durchgelegen. Die Zimmer waren so gut wie nicht Schallisolierung, man hat alles von den Nachbarzimmern mitbekommen, ob man wollte oder nicht.

Convenient. Near to Christmas Markets and train station.

Great staff. Thomas was very kind to us. We did miss a coffee maker in the room but there are plenty of great shops nearby. Loved Strausbourg and loved our hotel room here.

Poor conditions , service and attention. Front desk not helpful at all , Parking availability is only for 5/6 cars , So u have to hurry about for check in , Very very small bfast area and you have to wait for que , Overall It doesn’t worth its value at all , Price - performance balance is very poor …

The front desk people are awesome , really helpful and they have drinks for customers ( glugwein).. and lemon water , coffee is also available. But the service at the front desk is excellent, will come back

Inhospitable. Uncomfortable. Rude, arrogant and/or indolent staff. Definitely not a 4 stars, but a 2 for a very charitable evaluation. We could write an essay about why this hotel is so bad; in a few words, if one doesn’t care about comfort, a sense of privacy or a relaxing break and looks only for a convenient location to sleep for the night, then this is the right choice for you. We’ll definitely avoid this hotel when we’ll return to Strasbourg. Worst experience of the last two decades of travelling.

Main concern from my side is, that the majority of the staff isn’t able to articulate in english. German speaking staff isn’t available at all from my perspective . Rooms were very clean but also very small , majority of the staff nice .. but when it comes to parking along major events like Christmas market then they are not very helpful ..
