Internet wi-fi was poor. Since TV was connected to wi-fi, we couldn’t use it and no one serviced it despite our complaint. Staff was respectful and generally helpful, except for failure to address that one complaint.

Staff were fantastic-very friendly, helpful, and accommodating to switch between Italian and English when speaking with guests. Breakfast was a great start to the day with lots of variety of an Italian breakfast. I would stay again!

Quiet neighborhood but close to the highlights

The cutest hotel with an old school Roman feel. The neighborhood was wonderful and the staff was amazing. We highly recommend booking your stay here.

O Hotel fica bem localizado, o atendimento de Mauricio foi excepcional, por ele levaria um 10, mas infelizmente não dormi direito, acústica do quarto não é muito boa e o café deveriam mudar a maneira que é servido, me senti constragido em ter que pedir o que queria comer, complicado.

Taking into account hotels availability and quality, Oceania is a good option, not to mention very friendly and helpful staff.

From the moment I booked the hotel I had such great customer service! I always got a quick response to my emails & many questions. They helped me with transportation & tour company recommendations also. When we checked in we were greeted as if we were family friends! The hotel is so beautiful & was very clean. It is in a great location to many places. We truly appreciated their hospitality and highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Rome!

The property was perfect for seeing all the sites in the historic district, while being just tucked away enough to be a reprieve from the crowds. The staff alone made this a five star experience. We were always greeted warmly and assisted with care. I was traveling with my teen daughter and were able to navigate the area easily, with the help of the staff, using trains and the metro. Most sites are easily walkable and there are some lovely restaurants within a few minutes walk.

This is a perfect place to stay when traveling to Rome. Close to food, shops, train station, etc... but on a quiet street. Will definitely stay again.

If I am ever lucky enough to return to Rome, I will certainly stay at The Hotel Oceania. The location is very convenient to Termini and Metro lines A and B. The staff is wonderful. Housekeeping does an exemplary job daily - not just when requested. There are so many lodging options in Rome. You won;t be disappointed if you choose this one.

A comfortable and very friendly hotel a short distance from most of the tourists in Rome. Very quiet but near everything in Rome.
