Near the station

We had a great stay at hotel Baia. We were able to get discounted beach chairs/umbrellas through the hotel for our stay and enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the mornings. The hotel is right in front of the beach and steps away from the train station. The room was cleaned well daily and was all we needed. The staff were nice and friendly. We would stay here again!

Everthing was great. The toilet-bidet was a little confusing.

Great location for a hotel next to the sea, but be careful what you wish for from some of the staff.. We asked for extra sheets for our bed, not a chance. They were literally annoyed when I asked. Come breakfast and the staff there. -The scary part after staying there 3 nights was asking the girl moving tables or anything extra.. Not a chance and no other explanation than a NO... Having said that, not all staff were rude, but the family owning this charming house were not very nice..

Great ocean front room. Great location. The hotel could use some updating, but overall enjoyed staying there for four nights.

L'hotel è in posizione comodissima rispetto alla stazione ferroviaria e al parcheggio. La camera era spaziosa e pulita, fantastica la possibilità di fare colazione in riva al mare. Non c'è ascensore ma un montacarichi (per noi nessun problema)

A nice clean place, friendly staff and easy to get to from the train. Only issue was stairs, we had the top 3rd floor great for view but the lift is mainly for luggage so if stairs are a problem reconsider others-wise a very decent option and would stay again.

The stay was good all around. We’d gladly stay here again in the future. It was conveniently located near the train station for quick travel between Cinque Terre towns

Lovely hotel in the center of town! Great food and easy access to trails, town center and trains.

Conveniently located with a beach right there. Make sure you have towels though if you plan on using the beach. There was plenty of choice for meals and a great location to access trails. The breakfast had nice options and you could eat right there or outside which was wonderful when weather permitted. The tables were right by the beach and wonderful to sit at but you could not sit there if you bought a gelato or drink elsewhere even though they did not serve same. After breakfast the tables were empty except when staff used them for smoking. Overall a nice stay.

Great location. Next to train station

This is an older property in a very convenient location. It has a mall lift for luggage which was convenient. We had some stirs to climb which we did but might not be a good option for older folks or anyone with disabilities. The bathroom has been renovated and was clean, theroom was a good size and cleaned daily. Very nice breakfast room with good choices in the morning. Steps from the train station so minimal luggage shlepping. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a lovely time at the hotel. The only downside was the weather, but we made the most of it.

200 yards from the train station, right on the front and surrounded by lots of shops, bars and restaurants - fantastic. We had a sea view room on the 3rd floor and what a view. No lift though so ask for a lower floor if that would be an issue. Breakfast buffet with a good choice. Friendly and helpful staff. Free WiFi. Bathroom a fair size, but as with many Italian hotels, just a small shower cubicle. The hotel was clean and had a lovely individual style.

Great location, expensive for what you got. No elevator, lots of stairs.

This hotel has a good location with easy access to restaurants and the beach. The train station is close by and the ferry is within a reasonable walking distance.

Location was great and staff were helpful and friendly. Requested and was given a room looking out over the sea, lovely! Easy distance to the older part of town and to the train station. Recommend highly.
