Had a room that sleeps 6 and the room only had 3 towels, I had four people so I asked for extra towels for showers which for the front desk staff around dinner time seemed to be a huge inconvenience. House keeping emptied the garbage cans and never replaced the bags, asked the desk and happened to be the same lady as the towel incident and guess what….inconvenient attitude again. My advice if you stay here and you need something around dinner time for your room wait for the morning staff or go to a nearby store and buy it.

Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Kids enjoyed the breakfast and location was convenient for lacrosse tournament. Stayed for three nights and housekeeping never came to freshen the room- got fresh towels from front desk. There is a vacant hotel next door that gave off a rancid stench in the 90+ degree weather.

Room were very small compared to other Hampton Inns I've stayed at. Some of the staff were rude. No shuttle service.

Room felt more dated than common areas. Mattress was extremely uncomfortable and bed frame was squeaky. Hotel had me sign a form about children running in hallway after 10pm (I had my 16 year old daughter with me) but didn’t seem to enforce that rule. Overall - just ok. I would look elsewhere if traveling in the area again

One complaint we had was that the room was listed as nonsmoking, however, it smelled of heavy smoke when we arrived. We indicated this to staff, however, they didn't have any other rooms available. It just made the overall stay less comfortable for our family.

We were created at the door by a very nice staff! She made sure to go above and beyond for us. She talked to my daughter’s baby doll. She gave my kids snacks. Very friendly environment!!!!

The hotel was good. Nothing really special. A good place to rest your head.

Loved the studio suite with wet bar, very spacious for our family to stay. Breakfast was good. If they could refill the coffee and hot water more often, it will make our stay perfect!

Excellent customer service at check in and check out. Delicious breakfast every morning. Staff were always present at breakfast to assist, refill food and empty trash. Clean room and lobby with spacious areas to eat breakfast.

Upon arrival we found that although confirmed through Expedia and via phone with the hotel several Weeks prior, our reservations (I traveled with a group of 17 so there was lore than one) were not in the system. The front desk associate had to call Expedia to confirm our reservations. After finally checking in and receiving our room assignments, we found the accommodations run down and dirty.

We had stayed at this hotel several times, but were very dissatisfied this time. We reserved a queen suite months before our trip. When we arrived we were told they were over booked and there were no suites available. There were children running up and down the hallways playing hockey and yelling and screaming for hours. Well passed 10:30. We called the front desk and we were told they would see what they could do. They did nothing! We will never stay at this hotel again.

Were given a different room than the one we booked and had to scramble last minute to get beds for our group. Not ok

Perfect for what we needed, close to the hospital where family member was. Restaurants very close. Only issue was a very short toilet. I know this may seem ridiculous, but when you have bad knees this is a big issue. No handicap rooms were available… S
