La chambre était impeccable mais attente très longue pour le check-in. Le prix du petit déjeuner est beaucoup trop onéreux.

Nice property! There is a funicular that brings you down to the city. Not too far of a walk to the city center!

staffs are very friendly and helpful. I serve in a very traditional way and you feel the owner of the chateau.

Check in was welcoming and efficient. We even got a glass of prosecco. Had a great meal in the hotel bar. Free mini bar was a great surprise. Awesome view from our balcony. Staff was top notch.

無料で部屋をグレードアップしていただき、かなり広いお部屋でした！一泊だったのがもったいなかったです。泊まった部屋には空調設備が無かったですが、暖かかったので問題なかったです。ミニバーは無料で、ビール2本、コーラ2本、チョコ二つついてました。どれも美味しかったです。シャワーの出も問題無く流れもよかったです。

Everything about this hotel is great besides the beds. Mattresses are way too soft and one sinks into them.

Ok for me, we wanted the experience. The restaurant onsite was the highlight for us.

Beautiful property and the staff was unbelievably helpful and gracious. I will never forget the sumptuous breakfast in the dining room overlooking the entire Lucerne valley at sunrise. I will definitely return.
