สถานที่รกร้างสะดวกเพียงเพื่อการพักผ่อน ร้านอาหาร และบริการต่างๆ อยู่ไกลออกไป

เพียงแต่บอกว่าไม่สูบบุหรี่ไม่ได้บอกว่าจะมีค่าปรับ ปรับ 4000 บาท ต่อ 1 มวน!

The golf resort is beautiful but the service at check in was frustrating. I had arrived at 9:30pm after 16 hours of difficult travel. My connecting flight was delayed so I unexpectedly had to stay over one night in Bangkok as my next flight was not until 6pm the following day. I really needed a 3pm check out and requested the same. I'm an Accor elite member and really needed these couple extra hours in the room. Unfortunately, the following day was fully booked so I was informed my request could not be realized. I of course accepted this but the front desk then informed me they could make an exception for 3000 THB. To the weary traveler such as myself this did not make me happy. My request was not denied because it wasn't possible. It was just an opportunistic money grab by the resort. I love to play golf and if I had felt welcomed at this resort I may have returned one day deliberately and not just because I was forced to overnight due to flight delays. In the end and after much begging I was able to convince the check in desk to allow me these extra hours of rest at no charge. So sad I had to beg this small indulgence. If I can't get these basic requests fulfilled when I really need them, what 's the point of being an Accor member? I won't be back.

การคำนวณมาก ราคาไม่ตรงกับสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ในกรณีที่มีห้องพักในโรงแรมสามารถเป็นสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับหนึ่งคนเท่านั้นหากสำหรับสองคนต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม เพิ่งพบโรงแรมแปลก ๆ เช่นนี้

รักโรงแรมแห่งนี้เสมอ สถานที่ตั้งหายาก แต่ทุกอย่างก็เยี่ยมมาก
