Nette kamer met voldoende ruimte. Elke dag netjes schoongemaakt en verzorgd. Ontbijt is minimalistisch maar voldoende keus.

They charged me for late check out while we check out on time! Also additional fee for extra card which we retuned every card!!

Overall was a good stay

Customer Service needs to be improved. Staff was rude. Cleaning person entered the room without permission when we were away. Upon complaint no appropriate action was taken. Hotel in itself was very good, the continental breakfast was good the room was very good and clean

The room was acceptable and reasonably clean. However, there were virtually no amenities or services—you have to get everything yourself. I wouldn’t recommend it for family travel.

Room and bed sheets weren't clean at all. Very noisy AC and fridge.

1.The room is not very clean and old. 2. A kitchen without basic cooking equipments, a pan and a pot, dishes and utensils in the suite that the customers have to go to the reception desk asked for it.

車利用者には便利。そして新しいのかきれいで快適。駐車場（地下二階）は少し分かりにくいがインストラクションは丁寧。ロビーが12階、部屋はその上。タッチパネル型のエレベーターは、タッチパネルの下に部屋のカードをかざせばスムーズに移動が可能。カードをかざさないと上がる際は12階で一旦降りる必要がある。朝食も充実。地下鉄終点から２kmほどYongeを北上したロケーションで、周囲を見ると、若干開発が早すぎたのかな、という印象。

All was okay however the feel of the accommodation was not that assocuwith a hotel. The room I had was expansive and had the facilities of an apartment but no crockery or cutlery, indeed the coffee machine had paper cups. A working fridge but no glasses for the drinks. The breakfast was late - I am used to breakfast starting at 0600. There was no express breakfast so missed out on last day. Facilities of the hotel not highlighted sufficiently and no pay per view movies. Wasn’t informed on page that there would be an incidental charge on credit card; I have booked with Hotels.com and this has been the first time. Should have been given a warning. Overall pleasant stay close to where I needed to be. Pleasant staff and would visit again unless another hotel became available closer to Royal Orchard!

To begin with there are no clear signs or instructions to the parking! Breakfast was not good. TVs are very small and even when trying to use our own Chromecast or Amazon stick for better entertainment it didn't work due to restrictions on wifi
