Full kitchen in our room!! Like microwave, dishwasher, sink, full size fridge, oven. That was awesome. Decent bathroom. Only downside is the elevators. Weirdly, tou can't go up all in one shot. You need to go half way, get out, take another and go the rest of the way. All in all, inexpensive, nice place, quiet, helpful staff, well situated.

It was a fantastic stay. We had a great time, and appreciated the free suite upgrade. Breakfasts were great and the staff were very pleasant. Definitely will stay again next time we are in the city

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The room is a good size, there was a fridge, stove, dishwasher if you were there long enough to make your own food... I appreciated the breakfasts on the 12th floor every morning. The hotel front line staff were very pleasant to deal with. I would stay there again.

The room size was decent as we were able to move around and had a bit of space for visitors who were also staying in the hotel. However, they offer kitchen space with empty cupboards. Not helpful at all. We went down to the front desk twice to ask for an extra blankets. The front desk man in the evening wsa not helpful either time.

I was very pleased with my stay and I will definitely return. I can't understand some of the negative comments especially around breakfast. Breakfast was perfect. Something for everyone. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast, porridge, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, peanut butter, jam, juice, coffee, muffins. Not sure what some of these people were expecting. Room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet. People complaining about the caulking around the bathtub or sink... Come on lol. The hotel can't be replacing it every few weeks just to appease you. If you want 5 star luxury and pampering then go pay $750 a night at some of the neighbouring hotels. Only things to note: I had a room that had a full kitchen but no dishes, glasses, utensils... etc. I think this should be noted on the listing so travellers can plan accordingly.

Excellent breakfast! We had a great stay.

Clean room, good breakfast and helpful staff.

Surprised to discover that it had washer/dryer. Breakfast was basic. Room extremely spacious with kitchen and all. But the utensils is additional cost. Bed is very small though. Check in is at 12th floor. Parking is free and convenient.

The pull out couch mattress is very thin and felt like lying on steal. Breakfast buffet was delicious and lots of options. Coffee very good.

The staff were nice

This hotel is clean and a good location. Its got a good breakfast and great staff. Beds were a bit hard and pillows not the best, pull out couch was a thin matress, ok for todlers but not teens. Toilet paper thin, but it had suites which were great for a family. All in all i liked this hotel
