The location is perfect, very close to everything. The check in process was super simple and we were provided lots of details about the area, what to see and where to go. The room itself was very clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. The only thing that was missing was a safe. Also, the building is quite noisy - we were able to hear guests in the room next to us snoring and noise from the restaurant below. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

Carla and Ricky were super friendly, helpful and efficient. The breakfasts were superb, really lovely and varied. Our rooms were clean and tidy and had everything in that you would need on holiday. Great location in the centre of the city and would definitely stay again when next in Porto.

This was perfect for a 2 nights stay with the teenagers. The charm of the old town with modern amenities. Would return We enjoyed the roof top pool in their other location

Parfaitement situé au centre ville, avec un restaurant et un bar à vin! Parfait pour découvrir le vin du Portugal. Le restaurant a deux ambiances. La vue sur Porto le soir est très belle! A l'accueil, en discutant, nous avons eu des informations très pratiques pour circuler dans Porto et où aller manger!

Location is close to everything your want to see. The rooms are new and very nice. The wine bar and restaurant are a great addition to the property. Nice view of the cathedral at night was a pleasant surprise.

From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel like a truly valued guest. The hotel’s manager went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. Whether it was helping with local recommendations, making sure every detail of my room was perfect, or simply checking in to see how things were going, their genuine care and attention made a lasting impression. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and offered everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I will absolutely be returning!

Nice spacious room, clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Roof top with the city view was an added bonus. 5 min walk to Sao Bento train station, 7 min walk to Lello library, the property has a bar and restaurant downstairs, there a multiple restaurants close to the hotel, close to a small grocery, 5 min walk to Timeout market, 5 min walk to living tours.

The hotel is at the top of a steep hill (but so is most of Porto). Really good communication (with Carla the manager) before arrival. Room was quite narrow and dark (L-shaped) at the back of the building and there wasn't a safe but otherwise all good.

Wonderful place to stay, very central to everything, Ricky was terrific as a host and the breakfast we had the last day in the restaurant downstairs was lovely. My only complaint is that it was difficult to access from a car and parking had to be at a nearby parking lot. But that is the situation in historic city areas. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful property in great location

The property was convenient to most places. Room very small and very very loud. Small children running up and down the hallway and noise from the restaurant and bar was bad. Room was pretty shabby and curtains were broken upon our arrival. Luckily wee weren’t there long. Mostly frustrated by the scam of being asked to pay the city tax again after we already paid upon arrival. Anything with a link to PayPal is fraud in my opinion. Restaurant is good

Ottimo hotel in posizione eccellente per girare: al centro dei monumenti e dei locali per mangiare. La camera è ben tenuta, con pavimento di legno, bagno in ordine. Ben riscaldata. Personale molto gentile Poiché è in pieno centro e area pedonale ma macchina va messa in un garage a pagamento Su consiglio dell’hotel abbiamo usato quello a piazza João. 24€ per 12 o 24 ore. A 10 minuti di cammino…
