Buena ubicación y cuenta con estacionamiento. El personal amable, sin embargo, el hotel se ve viejo y la habitación no estaba completamente limpia.

My wife saw a roach in the room. Got moved to a different room at our request with no issues. The elevator was not working at the time of the visit… had to lug luggage manually to second floor room. On the upside.. the air was cold, very central location, free parking. Overall not a bad stay. If on a budget and looking to check out Valladolid. This is the place to stay at.

The hotel is ok, and the staff is amazing, but try to avoid the rooms that are in front off the park, they are very noising because the horns of cars don't allow you to sleep.

We stay here. Every time we visit Valladolid. We enjoy the convenience. If it’s location as we can walk anywhere, we need to go. The restaurant has good food.

Todo el lugar estaba excelente, la Piscina, la atención del personal, la seguridad todo lo único que no fue de mi agrado es que el clima de la habitación estuviera fallando en el momento de su uso

Room was clean, staff are nice. Right in the city center, which is really nice. Parking is very limited but they gave us a ticket to park in a different parking lot so we didn’t have to pay the only thing is that it was about 3 blocks away. Overall good place to stay.

There was no breakfast. There is a sign at the front desk saying nothing is included/ not all inclusive. Employee said it was okay to park in front of the hotel but the store owner very door said it’s not for parking and we could get towed. Thankfully we didn’t get towed as we left our car there overnight.

El hotel área d alberca muy bonito, el bar Mirador don Alfonso su comida y bebidas excelentes y personal en general además d Joaquin q otorgaron un servicio de primera calidad

Justo frente a la plaza. Bonito lugar, pequeña habitación pero cómoda. Alberca limpia y terraza con muchas mesas. Delicioso la comida del restaurante. Personal muy amable. Secadora en el baño. No tapete ni toalla para las manos en el baño. Elevador dejó de funcionar y fue algo pesado para mi tía de 78 años tener que estad usando las escaleras. Wifi no muy buena señal. Bien en general.

Clean room and facility. Nice pool with cool water. Helpful staff and great location. We had a room in front and some street noise to deal with. Consider requesting room in back.
