Clean Room

No internet no tv ..the other hotels around us have wifi services

The heat in the room was terrible. Room felt cold and was loud.

Breakfast would be nice until10. Some like to sleep in when they r away

Rooms were clean, staff were great

Room was veery small. No place to eat or set other than on the beds. when booking it showed a kitchen, false we had a small fridge. They also don't clean your room. So we had take out containers everywhere. vending machine don't work. very outdated hotel for the price. They definitely cut every corner possible to save money. Never stay here again.

I don’t like how most of the hotels do not provide service to your room everyday anymore. Breakfast was very good every day. I was on the first floor and the room could use a make over. Previously stayed on the 3rd floor and the room was much better. My sister was on the. 4th floor this time and her room was excellent.

Room was satisfactory. Staff can be more helpful.

The room was clean but furnitures in room were flimsy. Additionally we did not received the same room that we booked through Expedia, and it would be nice to know why the room we booked were different from we received. Lastly staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast area was very clean and tables were cleaned right away after each use. Big compliments to staff who handled kitchen and breakfast area.

Ok so far. Just got here

Lack of variety, Potato veggies too dry and chopped small to pickup. The service provider cleaned the table too close to us, looked like to ask us finish fast, made me lose appetite. We didn't eat enough and got hungry again in 2 hours after we checked out.

The room was below standard.. floors creaked and furniture would vibrate when you walk in the room

I was on the main floor, I found it very noisy and the walls are very thin. You could hear everything including people conversations like they are sitting at the end of your bed. Their free wifi did not work. The breakfast ends too early for myself. Rooms are clean and bed was somewhat comfortable

There was a water leak in front of our 1st room. And when went in and the first thing we saw was a beatle. Time to change rooms Room #2 - much better. Until the neighbours woke us up at 4:30am deciding it was time to wake up as well as everyone else Room #3 - avg at best You think with all the issues the hotel might have gone a little extra and cleaned room #3 at least once. Nope
