Nothing fancy but a nice hotel! Clean and with helpful staff. Breakfast had a few hot options, yoghurt, cereal, fruit, etc.

Nice property with easy access. Very clean with nice pool and workout area. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious clean and comfortable. Would recommend the property to anyone.

The property is older and has had amateur looking renovations ( example: door on washroom carved out to clear toilet) Not very clean and worn All this despite a premium price for the property compared others nearby Would not go back

Not a big deal just a regular place to sleep for this category of hotel.

The hotel was empty yet moved us into a noisy area on main floor vs a quiet floor. Room was not ready, even at 5pm. We should have asked them to move us, but we were in bed, noise stopped after 11 but started again early morning.

Outstanding customer service by all staff.

The staff member said our date change was not communicated by the Expedia agent, so she was confused. Then she gave us a key card for a room that was already occupied!! We began opening the door and the occupants shouted at us. Very embarassing. Then she gave us a new room and it had 2 queen beds, when we specifically wanted a room with a king and sofa bed, so we had to get re-assigned 3 times. The hotel room was in rough condition. not well loved.

The staff at check in were amazing, so friendly and helpful. Breakfast the next morning was great.

We had multiple days with only mild/cold water to bath with. We brought this up multiple times with the front desk and eventually a maintenance person was brought in to sort out the issue. The rooms are dated and the property shows it age. The pillows were extremely thin and we ended up buying a few pillows as we were staying for an extended period. The towels were well used, some of them should have been replaced or tuned into cleaning rags. I would recommend staying somewhere else.

The water was never hot, which is especially disappointing with a jacuzzi suit. I complained and nothing with done about it. The room was mediocre for cleanliness. Breakfast and staff were great.

Clean room, friendly breakfast staff, front desk attendant slightly unprofessional; failed to mention overcharging 500$ on for a 100$ deposit.

I was on my way to the Collingwood area for a business meeting, and booked this hotel last minute. Good price, clean hotel and room. The gym is small and some of the equipment was not working. The breakfast was great. I would stay here again. Please fix the gym equipment and add a couple of yoga mats. Thanks!

Great room, spacious! Extra room was perfect, air conditioning in both worked great. Overall comfy and easy exactly what we needed

No tv info in room or info on local restaurant's in area. Both vending machines were out of order. Breakfast was good. Staff were polite.

Well impressed by this particular hotel.

Honestly a perfect spot for the night and in the middle of our travels. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the free breakfast was actually good with many options. Shout out to Summer who greeted us. She was very kind and insightful on where to go in Barrie in terms of shopping. Only note (which wasn’t a problem for us, I just forgot to mention it as we were leaving) was our bathroom at times smelled like cigarettes. It didn’t affect the whole room but was something we noticed, and was probably someone sneaking a smoke in the building unfortunately. Like I said it wasn’t a problem for my family and I, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and will rebook in the future when we’re in the area.

Room was in poor shape, tiles coming off the walls in bathroom, shower head not attached, mold on ceiling. Bucket in hallway catching a roof leak. Prob the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in years and not what we are use to
