Hotel is OK, but not top class. Breakfast is good.

The hotel and rooms were not as clean as on my first visit. To be positive, the hotel is in a great location and the staff were very friendly. The food in the exeutive lounge is great and caters for a wide variety of guests.

Good place to stay. Close to beach and events.

No English setvice.

Lovely hotel

We stayed with our two children at the Hilton for more than two weeks in August 2021. It was a wonderful refuge from daily stress. The kids loved the outdoor pool and the foam parties as much as the breakfast buffet where everyone found something to their taste. Service was excellent, always polite and ready to fulfill our requests. A big compliment to the staff, who took special care to ensure our stay was as comfortable as can be imagined! Taking a taxi/didi to downtown Qingdao was a breeze and it was great to be within walking distance of one of the nicest beaches in Qingdao. Overall, 100% recommended for families with children.

Excellent stay in this hotel including very good swimming pool

I booked the hotel only for one night as a birthday stay-cation gift for my wife. We have visited many hotels for our special days but this was the first one that made a cake for her. She had a fabulous time, I joined her for some of the time and I really loved it. The service was super friendly. Since we stay in Qingdao, going to Huangdao is always a nice treat. The five swimming pools will be the next reason we visit next time with our kids. They will love it as much as we did as well. I highly recommend it. I would suggest that that one books the sea view rooms and pay the extra amount since you can over look the swimming pool and the ocean,

호텔스닷컴에서 바다전망 뷰를 예약하고 갔는데, 호텔측에서는 제가 일반룸을 예약했다면서 그 일반룸도 지금 방이 없으니 장애인룸을 사용하라고 했습니다. 결국 한국에 있던 제 남편이 호텔스닷컴 미국 본사에 컴플레인해서 새벽 한밤중에 제가 원래 예약했던 바다전망룸으로 바꿨습니다.

The room was very nice - it felt like one was in a tropical island somewhere in Southeast Asia. It was a pity that when I arrived, they were shutting down the pool. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. I had to cut down my stay (was going to be there 22 Sept - 28 Sept). But a calamity situation at home in HK had to have me leave on the 23rd. I asked for a refund for the rest of the stay. And the front office staff Raymond was so kind as to oblige. thank you Raymond, so much.

호텔 경관도 아름답고 컨디션은 매우 좋았어요~~ 칭다오 맥주축제장도 아기자기 예쁘고 축제도 즐기고 바로 걸어서 호텔로 올 수 있으니~ 근데 기대보다 조식은 가격대비 별로예요 5성급 다른 나라 조식에는 못미치지지만 휴양을 즐기고자 할때는 추천~ 실외 어린이 놀이터와 실내외 수영장 등 좋아요
