The room is excellent, very comfortable room and bed. The view is great on both city and ocean view room. Wifi is also fast and stable. We got 1 room upgrade from City view to be Ocean view with separate living room and 2 bathroom inside. sparking wine is also complimented. Location is walkable to bus station, port and old town, also the beach. Just only breakfast is quite ordinary and not much variety.

We can’t say enough nice things about this hotel! The location was perfect, just outside the Palace & close to the harbor & Riva. The manager was super helpful & kind, full of local knowledge & recommendations that were spot on. Breakfast was yummy & made to order. Last but not least - the view from our room was like a postcard!

Very convenient location and offered on site parking for additional fees. Enjoyed our stay and the view is stunning. Highly recommend!

Overall I had a pretty good stay. The room was very nice and the location is PERFECT for walking to downtown Split and the main hubs. I only had issues with the AC and shower in my room. For the AC, I wasn’t really allowed to adjust it much since apparently the central unit for half of the rooms on the floor was in my room, so I couldn’t adjust without it affecting other tenants. Which was kinda weird. And the water temperature in the shower was uncomfortably erratic. I would get decent warm water for literally a few seconds before it would go lukewarm or even ice cold. This happened every single day while I was there. Told the front desk about it on my third day and they still never fixed it. Overall, I wouldn’t discourage others from staying here. Just some things to potentially keep in mind.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is located right in town. 2 mn walk and you are right in Old Town. Our bedroom was clean, modern and had amazing view. Staff was incredible. Would stay again for sure!

Clean room nice view. Value for money. Very hospitality. Tony was very nice, came downstairs led us where to park car and show us where to have breakfast. He is very knowledgeable about the area. WillStay again

Very nice check in, room has a great view. Modern, living area, bedroom and 2 full baths. Overlooks the Split harbor. Very close to old town attractions.

To find parking area is hard.

We were very comfortable in these rooms and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.Its within 10 mins walking to the centre to attractions and restaurants and the ferry services.
