Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in der Feiermeile Lissabons. Wer eine gute Unterkunft fußläufig zu Restaurants und Bars sucht, ist hier absolut richtig. Ein zimmer mit Blick zum Innenhof ist ratsam, da es abends recht lebendig auf der Straße zugehen kann. Das Personal ist freundlich, jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer und das Gemeinschaftsbad gereinigt. Die Unterkunft ist nicht die neueste, übertraf aber meine Erwartungen. Absolut empfehlenswert für Leute, die am Tag die Stadt erkunden wollen und am Abend das Flair von Lissabon vor der Tür haben wollen. Auch der Preis ist gerechtfertigt.

We had a perfectly adequate small room for a reasonable price. However more attention to maintenance very much needed. In our room the toilet seat wasn’t properly secured and would fall off; the small glass shelf over the bathroom sink was falling from the wall mounts and so tilted it was useless; and one window curtain was missing and the remains of one curtain rod holder was still hanging on the wall. All of these items could be easily fixed with some simple maintenance. Also a few pictures placed in appropriate locations on the wall would enhance the space at very little cost and effort.

Perfect for a short stay in Lisbon. Hotel is in the main nightlife district so can be noisy at night. Hotel is clean and staff were polite and friendly.

O local é muito bom para percorrer com tranquilidade as ruas do baixo chiado e do bairro alto, o local é bem familiar e com conforto dentro do esperado pelo custo benefício, faltou um frigobar no quarto

O local é simples. Mas tudo muito limpo e boa parte nova. O atendimento é PERFEITO !!! Todos muito educados.

A Pousada é bem localizada no centro da zona de shows e restaurantes e a uma caminhada do Largo do Chiado . Quarto simples mas bem confortável e limpo com ar. Existe um isolamento acustico que impede a entrada de ruidos da rua. Unico percalço é que dependendo do horario o taxi nao vai deixar o passageiro na porta do hotel ja que as ruas estreitas ficam cheias , e sim na rua principal proxima , devendo o trecho ser feito a pé.

The staff is vere nice, the room clean every day and confortable. We took the room with 2 twin beda and a private bathroom

The room was clean and functional.The only problem is the musty smell coming out of the drainage.It’s an old building,so I gave to open the windows every time we are in the room

Tout est propre, cependant si la porte ou l'air climatisé n'est pas allumé il y a une odeur de renfermé. La rue est très bruyante, mais lorsque l'on ferme la fenêtre on peut facilement dormir. La salle de bain est minuscule. La toilette est prise entre le mur et la douche. Le personnel vient a tout les jours. Il faut jeter le papier de toilette dans la poubelle, mais c'est commun dans ses vieuxs quartier.

Staff really nice. Our suite faced the street and there was loud music until 2-3 every night. The toilet, sink and shower shared a pump so that was quite noise because the flushing mechanism wasn’t working properly

Local no centro, fácil acesso a pé ao centro histórico.

Room stunk, was loud all night from people partying and morning from people cleaning streets.

Great location and the staff was excellent and helpful. But the property has its challenges. It is hard to find on the alley-like streets of the old town. There is no elevator, and to get to reception is three landings up on relatively treacherous stairs. The bathroom is very small and cramped with a barely working shower. There was a strange, pungent smell emanating from the drains. And the window has s screen that you can’t see out of. Still, for the value price and location and lovely staff, it was a good deal.

Superou minhas expectativas! O custo-benefício é excelente, especialmente considerando a localização privilegiada, perto de muitos bares, restaurantes e do burburinho da Baixa Lisboa. A pensão é simples, sem luxo, mas muito confortável. Nosso quarto foi limpo todos os dias, tinha aquecimento e ar-condicionado, e o chuveiro era ótimo — com bastante água e temperatura perfeita, o que foi essencial para os dias frios. Um ponto de atenção é que a pensão fica no segundo andar de um prédio sem elevador, e nosso quarto estava mais um andar acima. A escada é estreita, então, se estiver com malas grandes ou pesadas, pode ser desafiador. No nosso caso, como as malas eram pequenas e leves, isso não foi um problema. Recomendo para quem busca um lugar confortável, bem localizado e com ótimo custo-benefício em Lisboa! Brasileiros que estiverem lendo, podem ir sem medo! Adoramos!
