Room cleanliness was not what we expected. Did not take showers because of condition of shower. Carpet was out dated and just had a dusty smell to it. Elevators to upper floors were not in good condition. Maximum number of people to each elevator was four. That to me says “they are not that safe”. I spoke with the manager when we left and mentioned to her the above items of concern and passed it off. She offered no apologies or anything.

We loved everything, however, we received the key to our room and it had not been cleaned from the last occupant. The maid was in the hallway and was made aware of the situation and took care of the issue. This was my second stay and will be back.

The rooms were clean, smelled good, and the bed was sooooo comfortable.

Reserved a room with two queen beds and got a room with two double beds. Prior to check-in I was sent a preregistration that required me to pay an additional upgrade fee for queen beds.

My flight was at 5:00 AM. I arrived at the train 6 hours early and waited at the gate. When I went to board the plane, I was told it had been moved to another gate, without any updates on my phone. The plane left without taking me, and I hadn't made any reservations for the next day.

Para pasar una noche está bien, de paso. La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda pero el hotel necesita renovarse. Alfombras viejas y algo sucias, todo se escucha por el pasillo y otras habitaciones, incluso si alguien camina en el piso de arriba y como me tocó un cuarto con puerta para compartir los huéspedes vecinos además de hablar fuerte, escuchaba todo y no me dejaban dormir. El lobby necesita modernizarse y huele demasiado a cigarro. Lo más recomendable es el restaurante enfrente del hotel, muy buenos desayunos y a buen precio.

The room was clean , we just needed more towels. Also we had to pass through smoke filled casino rooms to check in.

When i left, i forgot my android tablet. The hotel was excellent about contacting me and following up on sending it back to me. I was reassured by rheir security person that it wasn't lost when they shipped it. The place was quiet and comfortable. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the cigarette smoke smell everwhere outside my room

I think I saw a sign indicating that the casino attached to the hotel was the oldest in Nevada, I'd say the hotel is runner-up. Carpets in hallway and room were old, worn and probably quite dirty. The adjoining restaurant, The Bullet Train was new, staff were friendly and food was good.

Clean, quiet and comfortable

Well when we got there, the registration desk was busy. I found out when I got to the counter, that they’re room card maker wasn’t working so the front desk man had a guy take me right up to my room, I had told him I had to get my bags out of my truck but he ignored me and the gentleman took me directly up to our room. So I couldn’t leave the room so I had to text my wife and tell her to bring the bags in. And they never brought out room keys up to us. In the morning we decided to get out of there asap.

A water line broke about 2am and fire alarm went off for one hour. The hotel was cleared, but not by management or any employees. We actually ended up in the lounge at the Holiday inn next door. Our hotel didn’t offer any reimbursement or even a meal for our inconvenience. They were actually pretty rude.

Absolutely no handicap services and your staff told me this. Little or no handicap parking near the hotel
