This property has ice and vending, a continental breakfast, coffee in the lobby and a McDonalds across the street. There's a pool, sauna and jacuzzi. It was clean and quiet with great in room air conditioning.

It was dated for the amount they charge.

Very clean and very quiet place n the room! Good breakfast and very nice staff.

The facility was conveniently located and easy to get in and out. There were cobwebs in the stair well, garbage in the hallway. We checked in at 1730 hrs, had to ring for service, he was very stoic and sounded like a welcome recording. He was not personal or welcoming at all. The lobby area appeared clean and in order but was very hot. He had to go upstairs and check to see if our room was ready, it was. When we got in the room it smelled like chemicals. The thermostat was set at 68 degrees and never got comfortable. The bed was clean but very uncomfortable. If you want to charge the same price as resorts, then you need to at least offer something more than lower end hotels. This was at best a 200 dollar a night hotel, charging almost 400 dollars for this was very disappointing.

The room we had from the moment we walked on, it smelled bad, like un emptied garbage. The room itself was clean so not sure where the smell came from, the fridge wasn't workkng properly and the nob was off the control for it, and the chocolate milk was 100% spoiled. We left a day earlier than what we had originally planned

This property surprised me with the amenities for the pool area. Not only was there a decent sized pool but also a sauna and whirlpool available as well. The king-size room was spacious and well equipped with a larger mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine and a/c unit. The TV worked and offered plenty of channels to choose from to wind down from a busy day. 10/10 would recommend staying here again.

My friend and I booked separate rooms for a one night stay. The rooms have recently been renovated and were very nice. We were very impressed by the polite and helpful service we received from front desk staff we would highly recommend this hotel.

It was a good place, good experience, very friendly and accommodating staff. Excellent staff. The only thing if anything is j I wish the rooms were brighter, add more lighting. But thats about it. Loved the place

Clean, quiet, family friendly hotel. Good pool hours, breakfast, and soundproof rooms. The staff was always kind and helpful. Kayla was especially nice and hospitable.

Toilet wouldn't flush properly. We didn't have time to call anyone but did let the front desk know. They said I should have contacted them right away. There was also some unusual holes above the bed where I'm assuming sconces were removed. That made me a little uncomfortable.

It was the perfect place to stay we love Door County

It was a wonderful stay and cant wait to come back

The staff was amazing. Guy with the longer dark hair whose name I cannot remember (very sweet, gentle)--he was absolutely amazing and so personable/friendly. Made us feel really taken care of. The arrangement with the anytime fitness is also amazing!

Smelt funny in lobby, halls, and elevator. Out dated decor Food for breakfast was not very good...
