Very courteous and thoughtful staff, nothing was too much. Rooms were spotlessly cleaned every day. Brilliant location for exploring Lyon.

Douche horrible ! La salle de bain est une douche PMR qui regroupe douche, toilette et lavabo. Le matin tu te douches, l'eau se repend partout dans la salle de bain et du coup tu ne peux plus accéder aux toilettes ou au lavabo après. Excellent moyen de se mettre dans le stress et la mauvaise humeur dès le petit matin.

Perfectly situated in Lyon's city centre. Very clean rooms, well equipped. Staff very friendly and breakfast with a vast of delicious treats to offer.

Enjoyed my stay. I took advantage 24 hour access to snacks and coffee bar. It was really nice to grab a mug of hot chocolate with marshmallows after an evening of strolling the streets of Lyon. We also took advantage of the free happy hour snacks a few times before heading out to one of the many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The room was spacious and bed comfortable. I booked a room with a view of the river and loved the fact that the windows opened so I could enjoy the sounds of the city in the morning while sipping on an espresso. The only complaint was that the shower leaks onto the bathroom floor forcing you to use your towel to mop it up. Because of this I had to get clean towels everyday which isn’t very environmentally friendly. The hotel is located within walking distance to transportation and sites. I traveled with my teenage daughter but feel this hotel is well suited for families with younger children too. I highly recommend this hotel.
