Have stayed here several times, staff is always very courteous and helpful. Rooms are always very clean. Safe area with convenient options close by for for food and entertainment.

The only thing that I was happy with is the restaurant. I picked this property because of the restaurant and it had very limited hours.

They prematurely ran payment, terms was at check in, the shower had hair in shampoo threads and floor, only 2 towels , and remote batteries were dead,the staff though acknowledging were standoffish and gaurded as if they had elsewhere they rather be , the bistro was terrible the coffee was old and blended as they were not going to make more at 7 dollars a cup we paid the staff was constantly out front smoking @600 for 2 nights was a massive disappointment. The only upside was shower had great water pressure.

We were put in a handicap accessible room (not requested) and would have appreciated having a room with a bathtub. The room was also the last in the hallway next to the side exit so it was very noisy with the door being slammed. Just saw receipt and we were charged $5/day parking but didn’t have a car on this trip and we’re not advised of this charge beforehand.

This is probably the nicest place we've stayed at this year. Nice rooms, amenities and great service.

Hands down, the cleanest and most updated property to stay in all of Bismarck!

It's was clean and quiet, the parking lot is secure.

This was a great room, it was huge and well equipped

Good stay. My only advice is to not pre-purchase breakfast. I bought a $55 voucher and only needed $42.

The pillows were extremely used and uncomfortable. The bedding didn’t smell clean.

The refrigerator did not work. They dont clean under the bed or couch.
