All the staff were very kind, and the facilities were excellent. I always choose this hotel whenever I have business in Hyderabad.

Hotel room was so noisy. At midnight there was lot of noise in the lobby and it was impossible to sleep. In the room I was given there was water leaking from the wash basin. Despite complaining about it, nothing was done. I won’t be staying at this hotel again and would not recommend it.

Good, comfortable property. Shower in the room was not comfortable. The showerhead was very high up.

The rooms were not clean. We had to change the room 2 times due to different issues like bathroom door wasn’t closing, window wasn’t closing, the bed sheets were not clean. For the money we paid the rooms were average and lacked basic hygiene.
