Location was good, check in instructions clear and kindly arranged our airport transfer. Spacious apartment, very clean. Would recommend! Decent coffee shops and supermarket nearby.

Apartment was very comfortable, clean and roomy. Highly recommendable.

It was easily accessible to Metro, eating places, big Mercado nearby, small grocery businesses, stores that remind me of Dollar Tree, pharmacies, and had our group needed it - a hospital! Taxi rung was around the corner from our facility.

Our room was surprisingly spacious, and everything we needed was provided. The property has one very small elevator. This created a backlog for guests trying to get to the Port of Barcelona at the same time. The hotel should seriously consider adding an elevator or expanding the existing one.

The cook top did not work and the staff were unable to solve it. This made our costs go up as we couldn’t cook the meals we had already bought. Staff were prompt.

It’s a clean and comfortable apartment in a convenient location, with a friendly reception team. The only things we missed were having a balcony it would have been a nice addition—and some basic supplies like tissues and paper towels, which we had to purchase upon arrival. Other than that, everything was great.
