Vi stayed here for two nights. The building is a historic palace just in the center of old town. We thought the location couldn’t be better. We payed for the parking and it was very convenient and safe.

Hemos pasado, mi marido y yo, tres días MUY agradables. Al poder avisar con antelación, nos reservaron una plaza de aparcamiento, por lo que no tuvimos que preocuparnos por el coche. El hotel en si es una maravilla y un remanso de paz, necesitábamos descansar y nuestra habitación invitaba a ello. El desayuno, excelente y en su justa medida. Almorzamos en el restaurante el día del cumpleaños de mi marido y salimos encantados, una perfecta demostración de gastronomía extremeña. El personal... encantador, al igual que la gente de Plasencia, ¡volveremos!

Really enjoyed our stay. One slight issue was on the sunday night I asked for some hot water in a flask. The kind desk person took me to the bar area. The person behind the bar then filled the flask. I said thank you. The bar lady looked at me and shrugged her shoulders. She did not speak. She was a bad advert for the hotel

No era nada del otro mundo para el importe pagado. El personal más bien seco.

The room was very spacious and bright. We had a dog with us. The hotel provided a bed, dishes and a treat for our pet. The shower was huge and had great pressure!

Byggnaden och dess läge är fantastiskt. Parkering finns på hotellet men är trång, pga läget i den gamla delen av staden. Trevlig personal. Stora fina rum. Vårt andra besök var lika bra som förra gången, då vi också hade hunden med.

Very comfortable. Temperature of the room I’ve found it quite warm. Staff very friendly and helpful. I haven’t try the breakfast.

Al alojamiento le sobra una estrella. Estuvimos en una habitación abuhardillada, claustrofobica por la noche, debia permanecer cerrada. Con el water separado de la la bañera. Los suelos, como de hule parecian sucios. La piscina es un pilón y el desayuno con poca variedad. Lo unico que me gustó es la copa de cava de bienvenida.

El edificio es precioso y amplio, acogedor y tranquilo. La habitación, buhardilla, moderna pero un poco rollo para nosotros que medimos casi 1.80m. La bañera enorme. Nos ha gustado mucho en general, pero la piscina es más pequeña de lo que parece en las fotos y no hay ninguna tumbona, solo sillas de cafetería (algunas rotas). El desayuno creemos que no merece la pena para el precio.

Beautiful, big room and excellent staff. Very convenient to restaurants and the wonderful National Park. The only negative was that there’s no coffee in the room. Otherwise, it was perfect

Magifico palacio renovado para conocer Plasencia. Recomendable 100%

This is a lovely hotel with exceptionally helpful staff . My wife is a vegan , and after we expressed an interest in dining in the hotel restaurant , the staff in reception arranged for the chef to speak to us and they provided a delicious vegan option . My non - veggie food was excellent , as was the wine which accompanied our meal .Great location a couple of mins from the Plaza Mayor . Comfortable room , lovely old building with lots of character - our type of hotel. Would stay here again if back in Plasencia.
