The room was spotless. Staff were polite, friendly at arrival and departure.

The staff, especially Carlos was amazing. He went up and beyond for customer care. He was very professional, friendly and made our stay very pleasant. Any questions or inquires, Carlos always was there for me and my husband to help. The hotel room was also very clean and always cleaned to high standard. The breakfast was good. Minus point for the hotel was that there was no balcony. And also if you went up to the roof terrace pool, there was no pool bar or restaurant to have a nice lunch or a pint.

No pool bar , no bar at hotel think they had a fridge with some drinks behind reception but pool was on 7th floor , no balcony in the room , not a normal hotel for a holiday , nothing like a 4star hotel, on plus side location was good.

Bed was clean and comfy and the room was quiet. Gedy on reception was very helpful and the general location was great for most areas. Small points to be rectified...not enough coffee, sugar, shower gel etc.in the room.

Love staying at this hotel- room was spacious and kept clean daily- staff always helpful and courteous. Hotel is in a great location close to bars, shops and restaurants.

Very clean

Third time we have stayed in this hotel and we have never been disappointed. Make sure you read the description, all the things other reviewers complain of are made quite clear. Rooms are very clean and the staff from the cleaners to the reception are always friendly without being overbearing.

Fint, men enkelt hotell! Fint bassengområde på «taket» God beliggenhet litt utenfor promenaden, men kort avstand å gå. Trygt område. Hjelpsomt personale.

10 min walk to busy shopping, eating area and beach front. Good location to walk to excursion meeting points. Half board and breakfast choice could do with improving on variety and quality. Reception staff helpful and friendly. We needed to check-out for 11am but flight not until evening, we were able to hold luggage in reception and use pool area, during interim and go out for lunch, on return use pool shower and refresh before taxi being called at reception to airport.

Had a good 4 day break room clean good shower . Only drawback no english tv channels with the digital tv available nowadays could have at least a couple of channels be it movies or bbc and itv. Apart from that good stay.

Best thing is the location, perfect for everything, walks to Los C or Adaje and Americas all directions close. Hotel is great for a few nights, we stayed five, but lack of any kitchen facilities other than a kettle and fridge restricted us eating in which we like to do to break things up. No balcony however we had a lovely see view, so no complaints. No hotel bar available, not a problem for us. Roof top pool was good. TV in the room was good, works with the firestick and decent 5g. Couldn’t access the WiFi. Busses from Zentral are great too.

Nice and clean hotel, situated about 5 mins walk from the front, would go back again.

Ho utilizzato questa struttura solo come punto di appoggio ma poi ho raggiunto e soggiornato insieme agli amici che avevano prenotato altrove tempo prima.

Hotel was quiet, as was the pool area. Breakfast was great and staff were lovely.
