Salut Notre séjour été agréable dans cet hôtel. Je remercie Hicham (réception) qui nous a upgrader notre chambre en nous offrant une très belle suite spacieuse avec une belle vue sur Al koutoubia. Merci encore pour les femmes de ménage pour leur bon service. Je recommande cet hôtel

We had a problem in our first room with the shower, they eventually fixed it then it broke again and they fixed it again. The air con box was on the balcony, which blew hot air and when its 30+ degrees out side it was a no no plus it would be dangerous for little fingers. We were moved to another room after 2 days, air con didnt work properly till day before we left, tv didnt work, handle on shower broke and frame on door coming off, again dangerous to little handles. Had electric shock of the one lamp and the other was like a disco. Everything was reported to reception

Room was pretty basic but staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice historic property. Good value for money. Rooms bit dated and not sound proof. Great breakfast but cold - fortunately had a toaster / microwave to heat - technically a buffet but has restrictions - the guy adjacent to me was pretty upset when he was refused a second one egg omellette. Which I found was a bit picky on the part of the hotel particularly when they offer a buffet. The omellete was set up and even offered later in the breakfast period with some missing it.

El hotel calidad precio genial, curioso, aunque el desayuno bueno pero algo escaso. El recepcionista muy amable y servicial. El día de salida salimos muy temprano en la mañana y pedimos por lo menos un café al servicio del bar ya que teniamos el desyuno incluido y nos dijeron que nada, que el horario era a partir de las 7 de la mañana. el hotel situado en buena zona a 15 minutos en coche de la medina

駅が近いとても便利な場所にあります。エレベーターも完備で、部屋はとても広々しています。 朝ごはんも焼きたてのオムレツを出してくれて美味しかったです。 ただ、バスルームはあまり清潔ではありませんでした。それからシャワーのお湯の温度が変わりやすく、これには困りました。ヘアドライヤーはありません。

A quelques mètres de la gare de Marrakech.Tout est a proximité..Restos,Bars,commerces. Un accueil au top et aux petits soins .Le personnel est souriant ,bienveillant et très attentionné. On se sent vraiment accueilli. L hôtel offre une piscine,un bar et un spa. Les chambres sont très spacieuses. Salle de bain idem Literie au top. J ai passé 4 jours au top.J ai trop apprecié mon séjour ici. Hâte de revenir Merci pour tout et à vous Soukhaïna

옆에 있는 라이브 음악 카페에서 들려오는 소음만 빼면 모든면에서 최고였습니다. 라이브 음악 카페 공연은 8시부터 10시까지 행해지니 이 시간에 저녁 먹으러 나가있으시는게 좋습니다.

Väldigt service inriktade, alltid ett leende på läpparna. Ismaël som satt i reseptionen var väldigt hjälpsam, skrattet och leendet gjorde ens vardag till det bättre! 😀

Amazing hotel!! In the hotel you have a restaurant + pool, it was super nice! Be aware the hotel offer no currency conversion and you will have to pay a city tax.

Séjour en transit vers Essaouira, propre et literie confortable, souci avec le WiFi, ok dans espaces communs mais insyables dans ma chambre en fin de couloir. Quartier assez bruyant le soir, situation centrale, proche gare trains et gare supratours, petit déjeuner avec buffet varié

Hôtel bruyant, la télévision fonctionne mal, chambre mal insonorisé , tu entends ton voisin de chambre quand il va au toilette faire ses besoins.

Sale, mal aimable, je n'y remettrai pas les pieds ! Des taxes inventé qui n'apparaissent nul part.

The staff was not very helpful and seemed annoyed when asked for assistance. I was accused of taking food from the free buffet by the attendant. When asked for an apology I received none. Just rude. And it wasn't just me with issues. Other guests had disagreements with staff. I will never return or recommend this hotel.
