I have no complaints about the staff—they were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The property itself was quiet and peaceful, making for a comfortable stay. There were plenty of parking spaces available, which was very convenient. Having a gas station and a Tim Hortons nearby was also a nice bonus. My only concern was with the appliances, which seemed quite old. Of the two stove burners, one was not working, and the air conditioning did not work throughout our stay. Since it was still early summer, the temperature was manageable, but this could be an issue during hotter months.

VERY POORLY MAINTAINED AND SERVICED BY STAFF... missing bath towels / wash cloths, tissue, cutlery, plates, glasses, kitchen towels, kitchen cleaning supplies, night stand, etc... - no TV listing guide in unit... once requested, we received a copy... useless - TV not set up properly... had to reprogram and update the TV software in order to use - Areas of unit dirty... table top, refrigerator, etc - dangerous mess of wires behind microwave... had to choose which appliances to use and plug them in accordingly - ice bucket filthy / no liner - clock radio hidden in the one only night stand / not plugged in - poor breakfast time - 5:30 to 8:30 on a Sunday! - dirty towel behind bathroom door - phone hanging loosely on the wall by the bed above the missing nightstand - desk clerk N/A when booking in, another guest said he was NEVER at the desk - phoned to get service from desk clerk... apparently he was cleaning a room somewhere - phoned a few times to get help resolving issues / missing items... made to feel like we were inconveniencing the desk clerk - morning desk clerk was more "interested" and did note and pass along our concerns, but was very clear she was only there for Breakfast and could not assist further. - Note: reasonably prompt response from manager and we were assured the issues would be resolved and invited us back. Very disappointing experience... we've been in worse hotels, but this was clearly the worst staff effort / standards that we've ever encountered.

Room was dirty. Bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned except for towels which were clean. A different room was provided after discussion with front desk staff. Second room was much cleaner. Air conditioner/heating unit did not work. Breakfast was okay. Would not stay at this business again.

You get what you pay for! Staff seemed friendly. Overall room was good, but housekeeping is minimal. The room definitely needed a deeper clean than what was being done regularly. The duvets were pretty dirty and the bathroom was just clean enough to not complain. (Soap buildup visible in the bath, behind toilet was gross and the floors had a bunch of spots that were missed, you could actually see that whoever mopped did 3 swipes and called it a day.)

Parking was easy. We only had 2 towels in our room for 4, no face cloths. We got a kitchenette hoping to eat some food we brought. But there were no plates, and no dish soap to wash dishes, something I will have to pack for next time just incase. The bathroom was pretty gross, the tub and toilet were dirty. Our sheets and blankets were also not very clean looking. I didn’t have time to talk to the front desk about it due to lack of time with plans and children, so that’s also on me. Breakfast was ok.

The first room as soon as I walked in I could see urine lines down the toilet bowl, I looked on the sides of toilet and it wasn’t clean on the bathtub side.The bed skirt looked like it had a fight with the mattress and the room , appliances and door had a layer of dust. I called the front desk and asked if it cost extra for a clean room. She came up and said they only had 1 other king size left.She didn’t seem surprised or apologize about the room which I’m sure is a usual occurrence. The toilet was dirty on the side as well - but the last room, so we took it. There was big clumps of dust by the headstand and the bed. The bed skirt was 1/2 off the bed. There was dishes in the dishwasher ,cans of food and noodles in the cupboard. They didn’t inform of us of breakfast, or wifi. Also the lock was broken. But there was a note on the desk about wifi. The cleaners need to actually clean, and someone needs to check their work.

Filthy rooms. Poor breakfast. It had snowed 3 days prior and the parking lot had not yet been cleared.

Very welcoming place to stay

The staff here are amazing, very friendly. Comfortable beds, fantastic water pressure, and cant beat the price. Breakfast was good too!! I've stayed here more than once and will always choose this place when im in the area.

The hotel itself was beautiful to look at but it was very dirty . No staff . A dirty towel left in our bathroom and garbage left in the basket . Has to call a number to get someone at the front desk .

Great rooms at a great price. Would definately stay there again.

The staff were helpful and check in process was quick. The room we were in was not very clean, tub, kitchen, floors and walls were in need of cleaning.

Had to leave this hotel earlier than scheduled as there was a bed bug infestation. I attempted to get a refund from management and they are no longer responding to my calls/text messages.
