The hotel is very comfortable and warm. Its in a very good location for shops restaurants and pubs.

Kitchenette, no plates, silverware, clean but when booked should be told upfront about 250.00 in case you smoke or had a pet, not pet friendly and insult to non smokers, trust 2 way, how do we know one of the staff will not smoke in there and guest get the blame and the extra charge.

Room was clean… but bathtub didn’t drain correctly was always standing in water… people living above us moved things all night .. was hard to sleep with that much noise … when mentioned to staff they just apologized but didn’t seem to concerned… parking was good

Recently renovated, clean rooms, friendly staff. Our room was quiet as at back of motel. Could do with some hooks or towel bars in bathroom as nowhere to put clothes or towels. Minor issue as everything else was great. A very good option for an overnight before or after flights as easy access to airport.

The room was exceptionally clean and appeared to be recently renovated. The staff were friendly and efficient. Location was also easy to access and convenient.

The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy (I had to request extra pillows but I like to have my head elevated and firm pillows when I sleep). Parking was a little rough but there was parking available.

Wifi is terrible and inconsistent. The tv in the room wouldn't work, even after someone from the front desk attempted to repair it.

The property is an example of a traditional 2 story owner run motel. At first glance a person might dismiss this property but be patient and you will be happily surprised. You enter into a small office where you will be greeted by a personable clerk. After you have been confirmed as the renter and made your deposit ( no smoking, no pets) you get your key. The room has been recently refurbished with. Hard surface flooring and thoughtful appointments. The room has been obviously cleaned by a staff that cares enough to be very thorough with no evidence of previous guests in sight. If what you are interested in is a well priced place to lay your head down, this is the place for you.

My house burned down on May 16th and I booked a 1 night stay there. After realizing that they do not accept dogs, they would not give me a refund. Hotels.com staff reached out to them and they still refused. Very crappy customer service.

The bed has some small nail clipping on it. The tv wasn’t working properly at all. Either was just a dark screen or was super delayed and laggy.

Easy to check in, clean, comfortable and quiet.

My refund request for our second booking was refused to refund . Gave 3 days notice which was more then required with Expedia terms But the motel refused refund. Not impressed
