I’ve stayed here at least four times, the staff if friendly enough but could be better. The gym is non inviting, dark and small and frankly, being called a gym is a stretch. The only reason I’ve stayed here multiple times is because it seems the best option in Segovia.

Located in a former convent with thick walls. Gives the property a unique feel. The view from our room over the valley to the north was exceptional. Highly recommend.

Amazing hotel recommend for everyone

We loved the hotel. One of the nicest we have ever been to. The decor was unique. Wonderful staff. The location was convenient and close to plaza Mayor and the cathedral. The only problem was finding it. It isn't easy to drive in this city. So beware if you're renting a car. Otherwise take a train and use taxis.

Super bien ubicado, a unos plazos de la plaza mayor y la catedral en la zona alta, el lugar muy boniito y el personal muy atento. Como cortesía nos sorprendieron a la llegada con un upgrade a una Junior suite, era enoorme y muy bonita, me encantó tener una plancha de vapor vertical en el armario. Y el parking conecta con el hotel desde un ascensor.

Hotel muito confortável em local especial. Vista maravilhosa... Chegamos no dia do apagão na Europa. Tudo muito confuso, mas a equipe tentou minimizar os impactos. Acho apenas que a cozinha deveria estar preparada para atender seus hospedes nesses casos. Só nos restou pão e jamon... O wifi tambem não foi restabelecido até dois dias depois quando sai do hotel. Achei um exagero...

Beautiful, aesthetic hotel property! Rooms were very spacious and a great view of the valleys. Staff members were polite and helpful. The hotel lobby / dining area was quiet and great lunch options. The spa was also a great experience and perfect after a long day of walking around.

Excelent hotel and wonderful staff, if you’re in Segovia this is the place

We hadn’t been to Segovia since ’91. What a surprise to find out how much we missed on our first visit. This hotel was lovely, and in a perfect location. It was a very short, and scenic walk to the Alcázar and the Aqueduct. They are on opposite ends of this marvelous town. Our room had a corner location, providing a view over beautiful countryside below; storks nesting on the roof, and abundant bird life below. Breakfast was buffet style with ample room and a broad selection of hot and cold items, both sweet and savory. Eggs could be ordered in your specific style if you wanted them. Otherwise, scrambled eggs were on the buffet. Lovely, helpful, staff at the front desk. Altogether a pleasant experience.

部屋が広く、設備も充実しており、落ち着いて過ごせる素晴らしいホテル。全ての従業員の対応が良い。修道院を改修しているので迷路のようで、面白い。朝食はとてもおいしい。ベストなホテルに入ると思う。

Absolutely stunning property in the most magical town. Our family (two tween boys) loved this exceptional historic hotel, which was once a convent, truly exceeding our expectations. From the moment we walked in, we could feel the serene atmosphere that the building’s rich history radiates. The hotel has been wonderfully updated, blending modern amenities with its old-world charm and thick stone walls. Every room was spotless, well-maintained, and felt fresh, offering a perfect balance of comfort and tradition. The beautiful spa area was an added bonus, providing a perfect escape for relaxation, with a lovely design that respects the hotel’s heritage. The tranquility of the spa complemented the overall calming vibe of the place. A delightful surprise was the sight of storks nesting in the nearby towers. It was such a unique and picturesque feature, watching the elegant birds soaring above and nesting high on the rooftops—all with spectacular hills and valleys in the backdrop. Overall, this hotel was a perfect blend of history, comfort, and beauty, making it an ideal choice for anyone looking to relax and enjoy a unique experience. It was the perfect start of a wonderful tour of Spain!
