El personal de recepción con muy mala actitud de servicio, el valet parking poco amable, el personal del restaurante (Luis Quiroz, actitud y disposición excelente, y un Sr. de Córdoba Veracruz igualmente excelente actitud. CREO QUE SE NECESITA CAPACITACIÓN PARA RELACIONES INTERPERSONALES A SU EQUIPO DE TRABAJO. Y EXPEDIA MÁS ATENCIÓN A NUESTRAS PETICIONES Y ESTAR AL PENDIENTE. DE NUESTROS VIAJES PARA NO TENER PROBLEMAS CON LOS HOTELES.

EL PERSONAL MUY ATENTO Y AMABLE. LAMENTABLEMENTE NO PUDE HACER USO DE LA ALBERCA (CUESTIONES DE TRABAJO), PERO SE VEÍA BASTANTE BIEN.

Seguridad y ubicación

La atención en la recepción al llegar fue fría al igual que la de un mesero que nos tocó, lento por cierto, a la hora del desayuno. El único que fue amable fue el Bell boy a nuestra llegada.

Es buena y limpias las habitaciones y el estacionamiento es amplio aunque las habitaciones si llegan los ruidos de al rededor

Hotel muy cerca del malecon y de varios atractivos. Habitaciones amplias, cómodas y muy limpias.

El Hotel tiene buena ubicación, estacionamiento seguro, habitación pequeña pero confortable, buena atención de su personal, es mi hotel preferido cuando viajamos a Veracruz. Muy recomendado

Excelente ubicación (y muy segura). Instalaciones impecables. Buena atención por parte del personal. Excelente atencion por parte de las chicas de la limpieza. El estacionamiento diez de diez en dimensiones y accesos. Piscina muy bien.

Habitación limpia, con buen espacio. El edificio es un poco antiguo, pero lo conservan en buenas condiciones. Excelente ubicación, cerca del centro histórico y lugares de interés.

The hotel itself it's clean the morning staff Letty was friendly helpful and polite but the evening staff lady on the other hand was rude and very Curt. The room smell like mold, mildew and oder couldn't put my finger on the right word there was mold on the walls. the AC control is only one speed. You can hear everything from the rooms above to the side and below you. I couldn't get a good night's sleep the three nights I stay there because it was so loud and noisy.

En la habitación habia hormigas, el trato en recepción de algunas empleadas es bueno pero de otras muy malo, el trato del personal de limpieza y del estacionamiento excelente
