The counter lady was really rigid and rude. I called one day earlier told her I booked two room hope to get near room. Then on check in date itself, I purposely went earlier at 11am. The moment customer check out. To get near room. She say wiill give one ground floor room, one more at first floor room. Since my dad and mum both 80 years old, so I agree. They ground floor, I first floor. Then she say check in must wait till 3pm. Fine. So we left. Come back at 2.40pm. Ask for key, she say cannot check in, wait till 3pm. We go off again. Room available but cannot check in. We wait in the car. Go in again at 3.05pm, she pass me two room keys. But both also 2nd floor. She earlier say give ground floor, but suddenly changed her word. First she say the ground floor room not yet clean up. So I say okie, I will wait for ground floor. Then she twist again. She say she already give to other customer. Wow! Keep twisting her word. End up she say she is busy. DOn't want entertain me. She ask everyone to come in and que at 3pm, of course she busy la. What a lousy service. 2nd, deposit. I pay cash RM200, she don't want. She prefer online transfer. So next morning check out, again must wait for her office side refund the RM200. If directly I pay cash, she check out return me RM200, it would save time and hussle for both. She is really so rigid. The service is poor. Cleaning service is GOOD. I ask for help out clean the room dirty floor, another lady was really kind, She came with her son, and clean up very fast. Really good. Location is okie.
